Nice clean comfortable rooms, good service, polite staff and a smile. I stayed here because the normal place we stay was full and I wasn’t disappointed at all. The building the hotel is in is a bit run down but inside it was absolutely fine. I would have no problem staying here again

A nice hotel with comfy, cute rooms. Nothing to complain about, everything worked. Not a luxurious place but still good. I even got the room earlier when i asked which is always nice. The owner (atleast im assuming she was the owner) was warm, friendly and all around nice

A small hotel close to Karlstad which was definitely value for money. Made a booking through booking.com. The staff (one lady we met) was extremely helpful, polite and nice to deal with. Food was excellent (breakfast) and just what the doctor ordered as a one night stop when going somewhere else!

Stayed here for 4 nights and I felt right at home. Nice and spacious rooms, with a coffee station & fridge outside the room if you get hungry when all the shops are closed. There's a restaurant on the same floor so breakfast is a heartbeat away each morning. Rooms really are great. All round satisfaction

We really like Kils Hotell & Restaurang. It is very quiet, lovely and very clean. There are some restaurants (we tried Chinese and it was good) and supermarkets close to the hotel. Also there was an excellent breakfast in the hotel (breakfast is included in the price) - baked potatos, bacon, eggs, fresh bread, cheese, tea, coffee, juice, cereals and even more. Hotel's staff was very very friendly and helpful. We are really happy that we found it.
