Fraudulent charges on your card
Me and my family booked a room here because they advertise a indoor pool that's heated that's a lie. We wanted our four year old to swim and enjoy his self but the pool was freezing the room was dirty from roaches to hair in the sink. Half of the outlets don't work they refused to put us in another room and they also charged me 150 dollar charge because I threw a empty cigarette pack out in my room.when I called and asked to speak to the manager about being over charged she laughed and said I got your money very unprofessional. This is the first and last time I book with them.after reading the reviews from others that stayed here they have been fraudulently charging people going back to 2012 don't be a victim stay somewhere else
I'm sorry, this is a no.
After a long day on the road I was looking forward to a nice comfy room. This is the worst room I've stayed in in I can't remember how long. Walking in the room smells musty. There is a gentle blaring a a moisture removing dehumidifier in addition to the a/c. The carpet has been replaced with cheap laminate. It is noisy to walk on, hard, and gives the ambiance of a boarding house. The bed is hard as a brick. And there is a dehumidifier in the room. The furniture looks like 20 year old style my local holiday inn express donated to charity when it remodelled. The bathroom, well it does work, but caulking is stained and mouldy. I asked the front desk, and they were nice but told the company line about the local area being humid, and them being pet friendly. You join the dots. It appears to have been repainted at some point, but let's just paint over everything! See picks. If I hadn't prepaid online I'd have walked out and gone to one of the many better options right next door.
Horrible Treatment by front desk
Country Inn and Suites in Kingsland, Ga—- Had reservations and Manager does not follow corporate policy....no mask, no sanitizer. Then my wife had card and ID........I left my wallet at home. Manager refused to allow us to check in......he was too busy booking his own reservation for New Orleans. We were booked there to see our Son in Law before he ships out for the next three months! Unbelievable!! Called corporate!!!!! Do Not Stay There!!!!!!!

Staff was excellent and it was nice to have a pet friendly hotel close to great dining. Very clean and comfortable. We actually stayed on our way to Florida and made it a point to use the same location coming back from Florida.

I would definitely stay here again the room was more what I expected it to be very nice staff and the rooms are comfortable very clean. If anything had to be judged negative i would say the price should of drop some since there was no breakfast and the fact that you couldn't use the pools and things. But overall everything was great 👍 loved it!
