We had an on-site company meeting and followed it up with a cocktail our in the bar, Tussie Muskie. Everything was perfect and so appreciate you working with us and the flexibility! The food was terrific, the space as well, and we had a great time at the bar. Thanks, again!
Wonderful GEM in Knoxville!
Brand new hotel in Knoxville close to the World'sFair park. Very close to the University, where I had a meeting with a client. Bar was awesome with a pretty unique menu. Cumberland House is my new favorite hotel in town
Great location, newly renovated
My family and I recently stayed at Cumberland House for a game at Neyland Stadium. The hotel recently underwent a renovation, so everything was new and clean, and the room was quiet and well-appointed. The hotel staff is very accommodating, including restaurant staff, and everyone went above and beyond to make our experience pleasurable. Location was the primary reason we chose Cumberland House, centrally located for most Knoxville attractions. Neyland Stadium is a five-minute walk, and Market Square took seven minutes to walk.
Newly renovated, close to Neyland
I stayed at this newly renovated property for the Texas A&M vs. Tennessee game. I was meeting up with some friends who reserved a suite, and I got the adjoining king room, which effectively gave us a 2 bedroom suite.' As you would expect with a newly renovated place, everything was clean and in good working order. I really like a dark, quiet room at night, and this place delivered (the AC unit does not make a lot of noise when it comes on, unlike at many places). Due to covid, they had limited housekeeping, but it was available on request. We ordered pizzas delivered from a downtown pizzeria after our early afternoon game on Saturday, and the staff was kind enough to provide us with (real) plates and (cloth) napkins for our meal. This is a fantastic place to stay if you are going to a game at Neyland. The walk was five minutes or less (depending upon which stadium entry you used). You can walk to restaurants and bars downtown if you wish, or, if you prefer not to walk, there are plenty of ride share options available.
Will most definitely return for future visits!
We had a wonderful experience and are already planning our return next year. The conference space met our needs nicely and safely and the sales team was wonderful to work with before and during our visit. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and beautiful! Every encounter with staff was outstanding. Thank you to everyone, this stay exceeded my expectations!
