La ubicación es todo, eso dice y este hotel tiene eso. Ubicado a metros del market square, donde hay muchas actividades culturales, sociales, restaurantes, ferias, etc. Ademas el hotel es lindo, atractivo. Nosotros nos quedamos en la suite y la misma es grande, con bastante espacio. La mejor opción para desayunar es ir a Pete's que queda a una cuadra y que esta increíble. La atención del personal es muy buena. Hermoso hotel para quedarse en Knoxville.

We were blessed to be able to visit with our son and daughter in law in Knoxville and decided we wanted to stay in the Market area. The location of Oliver in our opinion is second to none. We were also able to visit the Peter Kern Library and everyone there was incredible. There was a long line but we were staying in the Hotel they worked us in! We are also so blessed to have stayed and many 4 and 5 star accommodations and if I had any recommendation would be the initial greeting. There should be someone at the door and where you have to park to unload. At this level there should be no guesswork of what to do or where to go when you pull up! With this said we look forward to many more trips to Knoxville and will definitely consider Oliver when we make our plans!

Romantic Getaway

If you are looking for a unique romantic getaway definitely give the Oliver Hotel a try. Make sure to ask the front desk about the Speakeasy! Great place to have a before and after dinner drink. The atmosphere there is amazing.

Fantastic place but don’t get a suite and don’t get the ramen

I was solo doing cirrus vision recertification and had a terrific experience. Bustling vibe was perfect for a solo traveler. Ate at the bar at Royale and loved it. Suite living was central and dark ( won’t do that again). Ramen was salty but the rest of the food was terrific.

We stay at the Oliver on the way to and from Ohio. I usually travel with my daughter and it is a wonderful treat for us to stop for the night. The staff are wonderful- so nice-, the room service is great, the rooms are comfortable and we feel very safe. I recommend it highly! Also, the area where it is located is so charming with great restaurants in walking distance.
