Fresh and good hotel

A fairly new and fresh hotel located just across the street from the beach. Two nice swimming pools with approximately 20 sunbeds, but there are also a waterpark which you can use as often as you like. The hotel across the street has the same owner so you can use all amenities there as well. The room was good, a bit smaller than we expected but it was spacious enough for the three of us. It was clean when we arrived and they kept it in good shape with daily cleaning during our stay. Furthermore, the personnel were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with a large variety of food, maybe a bit focused on Asian breakfast but it was good. Only drawback was the gym which was small and not very well equipped. You could maximum fit 5 persons at the same time.

The Paradise Hill is located on the western coast of Koh Chang, next to many other hotels and restaurants. As with all locations here, you need a car or a motorbike to get around. The staff are very friendly and helpful, whatever our request was. The rooms are very clean and spacious, and as far as I can tell, they all have a balcony big enough to sit on it comfortably. Breakfast was very good, a lot of Asian food, though. For me that's perfectly ok, but I know not all western tourists like that. But then again, you also have toast, eggs, sausages and corn flakes. Next to the hotel is a huge pool area, with sliders and stuff, a paradise for kids for sure. If I ever go visit Koh Chang again, I will definitely consider staying here again.

Newish Hotel, good value for price paid, large bedroom with balcony. 1. Comfortable Bed 2. Free water park for kids 3. Use of sister hotel beach across the road. 4. Housekeeping and Reception staff excellent. 5. Really need to up their game with their breakfast offering as this will bring overall rating down. I have and would definitely return to hotel and recommend.

Located a few minutes walk from the Tourist Police Station and Market area and just opposite to their sister concern - Koh Chang Paradise Resort and Spa - this hotel is a gem on the crown of Koh Chang. Very wide Reception area creates an open ambiance of this vibrant hotel. Very polite staffs around. Nice Poolside bar is located beside temperature controlled Swimming Pools. Hotel guests can use the beach and Gym facilities of their sister concern just opposite side of the road. A nice small market nearby having quite a few shops including one Tesco Lotus outlet. This comes quite handy. Rooms are quite big with modern amenities; good size balcony and modern bathroom. We stayed there for a night in October 2019 and would love to go back again!

Lovely big pool, perfect location with beautiful jungle background and beach just across the road , excellent reception with great staff especially Ann who speaks very good English and stands out for her freindly and welcoming nature. A very well appointed room , no disturbance from any noise so overall I had a very peaceful, quite and relaxing 3 week stay, would definitely highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.
