We arrived at this hotel for full moon party full of excitement, however this was quickly crushed by the rude and miserable receptionist. She made us feel very unwelcome and disrespected, making us instantly regret our booking choice. Our room was a budget room so we didn’t have the highest expectations and these were significantly lowered once stepping into the room. The strong smell of fish remains and other unpleasant smells filled our room everyday. The shower was nothing but a trickle. Apart from this the other staff we’re great and the pool area and beach is lovely. It is a great location for full moon and Haad Rin pier. All in all I would never stay here again, and that is completely down to the receptionist.

Beautiful place. We had deluxe room with garden view. The room was big, clean, nice. The territory is great, huge swimming pool, private beach (though it's not good for swimming, there are boats). When you arrive they ask to give 500THB as a deposit. There are clean white towels in the room. Moreover they provide beach towels. There is always hot water in the room with good pressure. It's very close to Haad Rin beach where you can jump on the waves. There are some nice places around to eat. The only tricky thing is the road to the hotel. It's mountain road, steep hills and turns. The view is wooow. One more bonus of this road - monkeys. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Room was very basic but have a nice balcony (stayed in a 3 person room). Staff were not friendly or welcoming. However, pool area is very nice. Close to town. No atmosphere here despite being there for the full moon party. Very expensive. Wouldn't recommend staying here due to high price and lack of atmosphere. Other lodgings down the road had a buzz about them and were far cheaper.

Really enjoyed our stay at rin beach resort, pool was amazing and very big overlooking the beach front. Clean bungalow at an affordable price, would defiantly reccommend. In a good location by the pier with shops and cafes very close

Our group of nearly 20 persons really enjoyed our stay in Haad Rin Beach Resort. The room my girlfriend and I stayed in (sea view) was clean and comfortable. When booking you should be aware that some rooms are located outside the pool and sea side area to avoid disappointment. Rather choose rooms with garden view or better sea view (some of us upgraded immediately during check in). The staff was very helpful and what really surprised us: one could also speak German which made it very easy for us whenever we had requests. The pool and pool bar are outstanding. The guests and staff were really nice: we had wonderful frozen daiquiris here and were allowed to play our music 😊👌🏾We fully recommend this resort especially when traveling with groups.
