Krackow city visit

Let's start off with the positive points , the hotel is nicely presented clean and the staff are helpful enough , it's based on a small quite street which is just as well but will bring that up later on , there's a little shop at end of the road which is handy , the beds are very comfortable and the rooms have almost everything you could need , no real major issues with this hotel just little niggles to he fair , it's not ten minutes from the market Square it's around half hour walk which didn't bother me but my girlfriend got really sore blistered feet from all the walking , there's a TV in the room but unless you speak polish or russian there is nothing to watch or even put music on in background while you get ready to go out , not 1 English speaking channel not even the news , the bathrooms are tiny but it wasn't a major issue , the biggest problem was the lack of air-conditioning , it was very hot when we visited in September and we had to leave window open all night but luckily it's a quiet enough road till around 6/7 am so no need for an alarm clock , due to covid we had breakfast delivered to the room which is ok for a day but where are the eggs , toast , bacon , Sausages , really got sick of salad for breakfast , overall Decent hotel for our first stay I wouldn't not recommended it but when we go back we will be looking for somewhere closer to the main square , thanks to all the staff for our stay .

I’ve just come back from a break in Kraków The hotel staff were extremely rude and abrupt they tried charging me for my breakfast that I paid for when I booked also changed rooms as room I was put in was not acceptable they then tried to charge me because I changed rooms again I paid for room when I booked I then got told I had to leave room early Sunday as they were shutting place down due to Coronavirus I was not meant to leave till 6-30pm when taxi transfer I also paid for was picking us up so had to pay again for another taxi which meant I spent 12 hours in the airport which cost me a fortune in food and supplies and last thing is cleaner spilt water on stairs and did not clear it up so when I went down I slipped in water bruised my leg ribs and elbow lump on head told staff they laughed asked for accident book they said no they don’t know what I mean I’ve never stayed anywhere like it in my life cost me a lot of money for this break
Good for what it is

Myself and my mother visited here in Feb 2020. Firstly this hotel is in a good location, only a 10/15 minute walk to the old town. Lots of little shops along the walk which makes it pleasant. It’s also only a 10 minute walk from the main train station which was very helpful when we had two heavy suitcases with us. We booked bed and breakfast for 4 nights. The rooms were small, but had everything you needed for a short city break. Very clean and comfortable. Although the pillows weren’t great, we could really have done with another one, but all in all rooms weren’t bad. Sometimes the noise of people coming and going during the night is disturbing, but it is to be expected when most people are there for city breaks and you can get that at any hotel. The breakfast was good, the normal continental buffet and hot items, which was decent and set us up for the day ahead. Staff were always friendly and helpful. When you reflect on the price of this hotel compared the ones closer to the old town I can not complain. I would recommend to anyone who wants a cheap city break in Kraków.

Arrived at this hotel on 27th February, would definitely recommend this hotel. Rooms are cleaned to the highest standard everyday, staff at this hotel are hardworking and also very friendly. Situated in a quiet location so you will be sure of a good night's sleep and only a 15 minute walk to the main square where u will find lots of bars and restaurants. Would definitely return to this hotel if im back in Krakow. Thanks to all the staff for making our trip an enjoyable one.
Good hotel, room was not very large, but clean and good beds.

I would recommend this hotel if you plan to visit Krakow and visit sites. The hotel is basic, so perfect for the night and breakfast, but do not expect any entertainment to spend the day.
We reserved a parking lot for our (two) cars. I would highly recommend this because it is secured parking. The cost was 80,- zloty per car, per night. This is different then info on booking.com.
