Stayed in a traditional Japanese room in November 2022 and everything exceeded our expectations. The food, the service, the rooms everything was great and clean. And the onsens were exceptional. Already miss the place. Would definitely recommend.

Nice Onsen Baths

Two couples enjoyed staying in this nice Orix Hotel and Resort, which would be excellent for couples with children to enjoy and even better during the summer months since there is an outside swimming area. We stayed during the Golden Week, and there was social distancing and sanitation measures being practiced. We had a room with beds which was located a little bit of a walking distance from the main dining room, but it was a lovely room with its own private bath, too.

My families had a fantastic stay.The hotel are very organise easy check in check out, close to the both station. The town are quit small. The onsen have a beautiful view of the gorge especially when we went during autumn leave. The buffet were great plenty to eat.

Renovated and name-changed hotel in Unazuki area. Refreshed for more casual type of guests. Staff doesn't seem to be experienced, with some who can't communicate well in Japanese. It advertises widely that hot-spring is open for any walk-in, but there are cases they don't open up for any walk-ins, without any notification anywhere.

A newly refurbished onsen hotel with extremely friendly staff. The furnishings had a taste. The room was extremely spacious as against the usual size in Japanese standards. It was well fitted and everything was clean and hygienic. Quiet comfy room even next to the elevator did ensure some sweet dreams. The toilet seat was fully automatic. Amazing. There were private hot spring bath available for rent at a cost. Good for couple to enjoy some privacy. The room charge included breakfast with many fresh food choices. Delicious and healthy. All in all it exceeded expectations.
