Nos alojamos una noche en una suite. Hice la reserva para 3 personas y tuve un pequeño encontronazo con recepción porque decía que la reserva era de 2 . Cuando le enseñé el email con la reserva el asunto se aclaró. Pero volvió a repetir lo de las dos personas. En fin. La sutie olía a cerrado, la ducha olía a orines y en el jardían exterior olía mal. Creo que el problema debe ser de cañerías, poruqe no estaba sucio. Nuestro jardín no tenái mesas y sillas y tuve que pedirlas. La piscina estaba descuidada y el camarero de la barra, al perdirlo un cocktail, que tenían en la carta me dijo que no los hacían, le pedimos un martini blanco y nos enseñó la botella que contenía algo color marrón, lo olió y dijo que no nos lo daba. menos mal. Así que le dimos al raki. En fin, es una pena, porque le hotel es bonito y muy bien situado, pero no tienen personal preparado y el mantenimeinto es cero. no lo recomiendo.

2 nights at above hotel arranged by company Expat Explore/ Fez travels was a nightmare. No towels, toilet paper or Duvet in the room & next day not cleaned, weeds grew everywhere and food was terrible.

Family bought us two nights away during a bigger family break, it was nice enough, the best thing for it was the location without a doubt, right in front of the marina and 10 minutes walk to town. The place itself seemed a bit dated. For what we needed it for it was perfectly fine but I wouldnt want to stay 3/4 nights or longer as the room wasnt the cleanest, smelt a bit damp. They didnt have much in terms of spirits to drink, Only one staff member truly understood English (yes I know, we're in Turkey deal with it) clearly though this is a turkish hotel so if you are English consider it! Also this is not a place for familys, its small, the pool is really deep and because a lot of the pool is overhung by trees a lot of debris gets in it. We enjoyed our couple of days here, it is what it is but dont expect 5 star perfection.

Only stayed 2 days but I cant fault this hotel. Staff, food, LOCATION, style and cleaningness of rooms all perfect. Only issue was we had not wifi in our room.. Otherwise enjoyed the pool the marina is just outside it was great. If u are scared of dogs just let the receptionist know before u chrck in they have a big Dog.

Hotel located in best place, staff are amasing and so much kind,breakfast is awesome with 5 star quality,hotel atmosphere is comfort and beautiful, it is like dream living on this hotel. If you habe any question about city and looking around in the reception all of your question will be answerd.i hope have another chance to resident in this place
