It was an excellent hotel with an exceptional room, especially the bathroom for people who want to enjoy a kind of private onsen. A very good welcome by the employees who can speak a good English as well. A good emplacement in Kyoto.

We loved our two-night stay at this pretty little hotel. We are 3 adult siblings, stayed at the daichi room. It was beautiful, SPOTLESSLY clean, warm and relaxing. We absolutely loved the hot bath. The staff are welcoming and very friendly, especially Mr. Rodrigo :). The only thing is, the hotel is located in a quiet area with not much things to do. You have to walk for a good 15 mins to reach a bus station, a restaurant, or the imperial palace. But overall, we do not regret choosing this lovely hotel.

From the time we entered we were made to feel special; excellent room, very attentive, polite & capable staff made our stay in Kyoto very memorable. Hotel doesn’t have a restaurant but that wasn’t a problem as we were able to order using Uber eats after long tiring sightseeing trips and eat in the comfort of our spacious room.

This hotel provide good service with good staff and good location. The room is very comfy. Will definitely come back to stay in this hotel. Location of the hotel is also good. Taking buses is also very convenient.

Incredible Hotel in a Gorgeous City

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous - the second you walk in, you feel the calm hospitality. The room was absolutely perfect - from the bathtub to the comfy bed, we had ZERO complaints. The staff is always around and willing to help with everything from figuring out the AC to finding a spot for dinner.
