Beautiful Location and grounds

We stayed 2 nights in November 2021. Excellent service throughout our stay. Hotel grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Room was wonderful with our private outdoor thermal hot tub. Swim up bar and hot tubs at night were a treat and very private. Great breakfasts and wonderful staff. Location was perfect. Right outside the "city center" of La Fortuna but an easy drive and very peaceful.
Great hotel with lots of hot springs and jacuzzis

We were greeted by Manrique who was very helpful in every aspect of our stay and provided great service and assistance whenever we needed to book a service, order food delivery, transportation, spa services and even discounted tours. If you get a chance to meet Manrique at the front desk, he will make sure you have an excellent stay for sure! The hotel has three areas where you can enjoy hot springs and jacuzzi. There is a bar in the jacuzzi area and a sauna. You can relax in a hammock while listening to a peaceful waterfall or get a coffee in a restaurant and lay down on a couch next to the pool. The breakfast is great but the restaurant food is not perfect and that is why I give 4/5 stars(do not order steaks). After having one dinner at hotel restaurant we were eating dinner in La Fortuna (take Uber there for $4-5). We tried La Cava restaurant with the best brick oven pizza in the town and Snappers House with a really good seafood options. The front desk offers a free ride straight to your room, there’s a yoga practice area and a nice hike around the hotel property with a small lake, ducks and vast variety of fruit trees. Overall, this hotel is great and I would highly recommend it.

My husband and I visited here for 3 nights and we loved every second of it. From the moment we arrived the staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was big, so clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was buffet style with so much choice, we tried something different every morning and it never missed. The fresh fruit was some of the nicest I’ve had. The pool area was really well maintained, with fantastic views of the volcano when the skies were clear. We loved the thermal springs, the mineral ones close to the pool area are really hot while the springs down by the wet bar are a slightly less hot, I’d definitely recommend visiting the wet bar and relaxing in the springs. For those who like to exercise there is some gym equipment outside near the pool area by reception and a deck area for yoga. There is a running trail marked out around the complex, we walked it and really enjoy seeing the birds and animals that lived there. We also saw (and heard) lots of Howler monkeys while staying here. The staff were so friendly anytime you passed anyone there was always a smile and a greeting, particular mention to Moises, Samual, David and Jonathon who served and helped us with everything we asked. We are already planning a visit back in the future.
An affordable and beautiful hotel with the Arsenal volcano as the backdrop!

I had a great time solo traveling here as a woman. It was very safe. The property is lush, clean and beautiful. I stayed in the thermal superior room(the room with the private hot spring) and it was 100% worth it. Very relaxing. The food at the restaurant was good. However, sometimes the service there wasn’t the best. Some of the restaurant workers weren’t as friendly as the rest of the staff on the property. Nevertheless I had a great experience. Manrique at the front desk helped me with everything from organizing excursions to helping me order delivery and set up my Covid test. He was a gem! Also the hotel is very close to the town of Fortuna, a taxi only cost $10 to get there. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends! Pura Vida!
