Sitting on the opposite side of the street from the Juan Gilberto Funes Provincial Stadium, in La Punta, this hotel is a great choice for all visitors of the region that are looking for a comfortable and convenient accommodation. They will be at just 100 metres from the hippodrome and a 20-minute drive from the Airport and the city centre of San Luis. The in-house restaurant is a great choice for anyone who wants to try the delicious regional cuisine or just wants to enjoy a fulfilling, relaxed meal. I wasn't expecting nothing clise to the level of this hotel in such isolated town. Very clean, calm, comfortable and full of ammenities. Right down town where everything happens. I do recommend your staying in here. Food is good and you still have the Casino.
Hotel for gamblers ( Casino - Horse racing)

Mediocre service, substandard gym and small soupy pool. Look for better choise like Potrero de los Funes Hotel. Breackfast is ok, bedrooms are well design and roomy, the mountain view are nice and pleasent. You need a car, there is free parking at this hotel.
In the middle of nowhere, with nice views of the mountains but just 15 bminutes from San Luis city

The hotel looks to have been recently built (circa 3 years). Rooms are spacious, clean with confortable beds. Free and ample parking space (indoor and outdoor). Breakfast is fine though not too varied. The environment is really nice, since the hotel is surrounded by low mountains. If you have a car, otherwise this hotel is not for you, I rather take this option than going into San Luis, which is quite an uninteresting city.
Decent but Unremarkable

I spent three weeks here while on business in March 2012 and would say that the hotel was average. The staff were friendly but not all spoke English however they tried to help as best they could. The rooms were ok, comfortable enough but nothing to write home about, although the mountain views are quite beautiful. The internet was WiFi and is not very strong but they must have done something because during my second week it improved the greatly although I did still drop the signal often and have to keep signing in again. Breakfast is continental and somewhat limited. The room service menu is in Spanish only and we found that the choices are very limited and the quality of the food when it arrived was poor. The hotel is isolated from the city and there is NOTHING to do beyond visiting the small casino onsite or hit the gym which is located in the basement level. The pool, while indoors looked like the water had not been changed in some time and was kind of dirty. There is one restaurant onsite and the food there is much better that the room service. Overall I would stay closer to the city next time even though this wasn't truly awful.
Nice location but far removed from City of San Luis

The hotel is very nice BUT is about 15 minutes drive from the City of San Luis. The rooms are new and clean with a touch of design. Staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast was okay. The best thing about the hotel, though, is the view from the rooms facing the mountains - gorgeous!
