cannot say if the hotel is good, but customer service was excellent...
Indeed we planed to stay at this hotel, after an issue with a boatrental. We made the reservation and paid on line , but finally issue with the boat was solved and we did not go to the hotel. As it was already the middle of the night , we could not reach any one to cancel but we called the next morning and explain that we did not stay in the hotel, we got fully re-imboursed ! Excellent customer service !
Friendly, cozy
The good choice for intermediate stop , the breakfast is good, the staff is friendly. There is a supermarket within a stone's throw of the hotel. The room is equipped with air conditioning and WiFi is free that was a nice too
Pas le meilleur des B&B
Je pense qu'il serait temps de revoir plein de points sur cet établissement mais si on a pas le choix en étant dans le coin alors il reste correct entre les bruits la propreté et le confort c'est pas top surtout en tarif haute saison cela ne vaut pas du tout le rapport qualité prix. Sinon l'emplacement est excellent tout est à proximité à pieds comme en voiture ou en bus. Pour le reste il faudrait un coup de nouveau général.
Service minimum
Nous sommes retournés dans cet hôtel de la chaîne mi-septembre et nous avons pu constater que cet hôtel se dégrade à vue d'oeil et les prestations aussi. Nous avons signalé des choses délabrées au niveau de notre chambre mais à priori les gérants n'en avaient rien à faire. Peu d'amabilité. Service minimum. Apres plusieurs passages dans cet hôtel nous ne reviendrons pas.
Corse
5 étoiles car vraiment un service et un accueil irréprochable mais parents vont en Corse tout les ans il font un arrêt dans cette hôtel pour des raisons de sécurité service.........essayez vous ne serez jamais déçu de l'accueil et du service
