Sabia de antemano que no debia esperar mucho de este hotel pues esta en un pueblo pero me sorprendio mucho el tener que pagar mas de 300 dolares por un Courtyard. Decidi hacerlo pues solo seria por una noche y entendia me estaba yendo a lo seguro por ir a un Courtyard en lugar de otros hoteles pequeńos que habia por el area, suponia que era "lo mejor" que podia escoger. Menos mal que solo dure unas cuantas horas ya que llegue despues de las 10:00 pm y tuve que salir antes de las 7:00 am. Cuando entre a mi habitacion senti un fuerte olor a cigarrillo aun siendo este hotel supuestamente "smoke free", cuando llame al front desk a informarle de esto y solicitarle un cambio de habitacion ya que soy asmatica y soy muy sensible a los olores lo que me dicen es que lamentablemente no tienen mas habitaciones disponibles y que puede enviar a alguien a rociar un spray para mejorar el olor... really?? A mi asmatica, spray de olor ?? Le pedi que por favor enviara a alguien para que constatara lo fuerte del olor y me quede esperando ya que no llego nadie, aparentemente no se sorprendio de la situacion y estan al tanto de que hay habitaciones que han fumado dentro. Es muy lamentable que un hotel practicamente nuevo este pasando esto.

Ryan...Hotel Supervisor was very courteous and eager to please us. He reassured me that my room was exactly what we were looking for. He was very informative about parking, meals and where to dine. A shout out to RYAN for his hospitality! 🤗☺️

Great hotel with plenty of amenities. Rooms are well furnished and spacious. We requested adjoining rooms and it was perfect for 2 families. The restaurant on-site is great. Becca checked us in and was friendly and professional. Location was great as most attractions were walking distance. Definitely give them a shot next time you are in town.

They have the worst customer service/ customer satisfaction i have ever dealt with. I switched 3 of my bookings. they charged one of them anyways and would not let me switch it. They had me on the phone for 3-4 hours switching me back and forth from their front desk to their customer service and back

Convenient and Family of 5 Friendly

This hotel is in the perfect location in the village. No fighting for parking as everything is walkable. Room was great for a family of five which is always tricky to find the perfect setup for in a hotel. Great Lake view - especially for the Thursday night fireworks. Nice little breakfast spot on the first level. Pool was a little dingy but you have the lake across the street anyway.
