Hotel needs updating

Rooms were overall clean, but needed updating. The service desk was very helpful and friendly. Areas around the hotel also needed to be updated. While the cost of the room was relatively low, I would recommend exploring more options in the area.

Don't stay here if you want to sleep

The room was not clean. I had to clean the fingerprints off of the light switches. There was a burnt out light bulb over the sink. When I tried to hang a towel on the towel rack, the rack fell off the wall. The air conditioner was so loud that we had to shut it off in the middle of the night so that we could sleep. There were no area maps in the front office. The office staff was friendly but could not resolve the issues.

Do me a favor and do not stay here. The outside was dirty broken chairs and trash on the floor and the inside had Broken curtain rod that was hanging weirdly...we walked around barefoot in the room and the bottom of our feet turned black..gimme my $188.00 back!!

Hotel need a major renovation.

Everything in the hotel was dirty. stairs, handrail rooms. I just can believe it. the floor in my room was ugly dirty. This hotel need a major renovation .The lady at the breakfast place was nice Lake Havasu is a rely nice place. I will come back but s stay away from this hotel. to Price Line says that this hotel is 2 1/2 stars. For me is 1 star.

Hospitality was amazing , very clean rooms , very nice staff, also very close to the water , thank you. I would highly recommend this hotel , it has great rates and a Great Lake view, pretty much close to all the things you want to do in Havasu.
