The Little Oasis that Could

I stayed here for two weeks after relocating for a medical job. The new owner is updating the rooms, but even the old ones are tended to nicely. The location is perfect, a stones throw to the lake and London’s Bridge. Walking distance to good restaurants. The pool looked clean and bright. The coffee was tasty and the views amazing. Simple, clean, and safe.
Probably Was Nice in the '70's

This motel was probably great a long time ago but I have stayed at MUCH nicer Motel 6! The rooms are very small. There are no electrical outlets for charging phones or sleep apnea machines unless you pull out the bed and use the plug for the light or run a cord to the bathroom sink. We arrived after 10:pm and had to drive down the street to check in. When we got back to our room we couldn't get the air conditioner to turn on until we turned it down to 62 then it would blow cold for 57 seconds and hot for 5 minutes. My husband drove back down the street to ask to be moved to another room but we were told they couldn't do anything. Luckily it was cooler outside than in the room and I had my son and husband with me so we slept with the door open. The outlet behind the bed that the lamp was plugged into didn't have a cover and the light kept blinking out. After complaining the next day we were moved into another room luckily the AC worked but you had to lift up the door to be able to get it to close and really push to get the lock to click closed. They are under repairs with construction stuff everywhere next to walkways, on balcony/walkway, on stairs, the lobby only has room to walk to the desk there is so much construction material in there. At spending close to $300 for 2 nights we expected better.
Great motel of the price!

Stayed here for 2 nights in July of 2021. The rooms are clean and bright, the location is fantastic, and you can not beat the pricing. Since we were in a rush to leave, I accidently left my earphones in the hotel room and the front desk went out of their way to help me by mailing them back to me. Will definitely be back.

made a reservation. Arrived at 3 pm and the whole place was under construction. Was told that our room was not available yet. They started calling at 6 pm. ran by immigrants. located far away from everything. Would not recommend at all. Cancelled the reservation but was charges $252.06.
Not a good experience

Just returned from Lake Havasu and the Bridgewater Motel. We booked a King Bed room and the only rooms they had left when we checked in were Two Queen Beds rooms. Their check-in system was running extremely slow and crashing and apparently they have no back-up system; it took 45 minutes to check-in. The office staff kept telling us to come back later, but after a nine hour drive we wanted to check in and lie down, understandably. When we finally got our room, not only was it not what we booked but it was in poor condition all around. No bedside lamp on the nightstand and one wimpy floor lamp in the corner that was broken. No hand soap on the counter and no maid service "due to COVID". The beds was very hard, the wifi was marginal, and the hospitality was non-existent. We have family in Lake Havasu so we visit occasionally and, having taken a gamble on the Bridgewater because the price was a little more reasonable, we have learned our lesson and will definitely not stay there again.
