Great stay!

The hotel was very clean and beds and pillows very comfortable! The hotel staff is also very friendly and accommodating! As we were there to attend my daughter’s wedding, we had booked a block of rooms with lots of family. Everything worked out beautifully with no confusion helping our special day to run smoothly.

Parking Sneaking Billing- check your bill

Love this hotel great bar and food, love the center court in the middle of building but they keep charging people for parking. Check the other reviews here. I did not have a car. I told them at check in Then at check out it showed charges, I argued and they said OH thats your credit card in the Credit column you were not charged So I checked out. Then days later I find it was in fact a charge for 4 days of parking. I can to call and talk to a manager to get a refund, easy to do but takes time. Im a Platium Elite member should not be tricked like this. So everyone check your bills. Its like they work on commision for parking looking at all the review. The are located in a large area with lots of empty spaces and grass, its not like its the center of the city where land is needed, there is tons of room for parking the lot is always empty, no need to charge $7 for parking

The hotel itself was gorgeous but what made it perfect was the employees starting from the front desk to the restaurant employees the service was great. Kid friendly for sure my boys lived their best hotel life. Thank you

Great rate and great location

I recently visited this location because my son had basketball games in the area and the staff here were very friendly, hotel very clean and great location that is pretty much close to everything. Hot breakfast every morning for a fee unless it was included in your stay. The bartender made me the best margarita after a long flight in from California. My kids love the heated pool. I give this hotel five stars for going above and beyond to make our stay special. Thanks again!!

We traveled with a baby, checked in late at the night of our stay, the next morning there was unbearable noise for 2 hours straight, like workers yelling in our hallway or something. Because the baby was finally asleep I didn’t want to move to wake him. Then I heard drilling, it eventually reached to a point that I had to get out of bed to check out what the heck is going on. I saw our door was pried open, and the handyman was literally drilling the deadbolt away! I was in disbelief and furious. Asked to talk to the manager. The manager said they have no record shows that we checked in (uhh hello? how could we have room card to enter the room without going through front desk?) And they said they saw people climbing out of our window, so they are trying to forcefully enter the room. I don’t even understand their explanation of this situation, why would we climbed out of the window? Needless to say our stay was totally ruined. I’ve traveled to 20+ countries and stayed at who knows how many different hotels. This is the first time (hope the last too) that a hotel worker decided it’s a good idea to forcefully enter the room that’s OCCUPIED by guests, when they simply could’ve just called first. If you don’t mind stranger prying and drilling your door open while you are sleeping, stay at Crowne Plaza Portland-Lake Oswego then. We surly would never ever consider that again.
