We had a great stay because of Angela. We had one issue with the phone but Angela figured it out. It was a third party call from Cleveland. Someone from one of the rooms was trying to call. Angela got a clue and figured it out. Great hotel.
Staff Were Very Pleasant

I stayed here for a week and the staff (this means everyone that works there) was excellent. They responded immediately to any concern I had. It could be loud from some cars rolling through the parking lot with their stereo blasting, but it never was late at night. They also have the best coffee. If I need to again, I will definitely stay there.

Room 107 had roaches and it was disabled access but to find a unclean bathroom and roaches crawling over top of bed is not comfortable. Yes everyone has seen roaches and a dirty bathroom but you don't expect to pay for something in this condition. I will not be comfortable in this room while I'm not a pest but if they would refund half of the money I'd accept that. This will never happen again, and I booked online for $70.55 but the person in office stated that the room would $67.55, so why does my card state different. These ppl are outrageous and charge what they want. If the government start to regulate these charges then the hotel industry would comply. I give this hotel 2 stars no roaches when you are paying 70.00 or more for comfort.

The only handicap room was a smoking room. Not happening.. Room was not clean, chair was sticky I wouldn't put my luggage on it. Table trim was stapled on, pillows were flat like not having one at all. Noisy, person upstairs kept walking around and moving their chair. When checking out, the gal seemed annoyed I was there. Deep Six the Motel 6.
This is not a good place to stay BUT could be with management involvement

First off, there is only one employee that gives a damned about the guests. Her name is Terri and she works the front desk in the evenings. The rest of the front desk staff is rude, uncaring and very short with you when you talk to them. The room was adequate. I had to fix the sink myself after asking 4 times to get it repaired. (water would barely come out). The towel rack is pulling out of the wall and the room was over- run with little ants and roaches. I had to buy a can of ant and roach spray and spray the room myself putting my cats in danger. I went down to get me some clean towels one evening and was told they didn't have any. I then asked "what am I supposed to do then?'" I was told that I would have to wait till the next day!!! Then came Terri to the rescue and told me that she would have me some in and hour - and she did! I asked to be moved to another room several times and all I ever got was the run around. I asked to talk to the manager several times and they told me that they would have her call me, but it never happened. I had to get my own towels all the time because I had my cats with me which was ok. I understand that they didnt want my cats to get out. When I used their laundry room, the lady on the desk came down from the office after watching on the cameras and told me that I couldn't hang my clothes on the door closer - but yet there were no places provided to hang your clothes on hangars after taking them out of the drier - and - no signs posted telling you that you couldn't hang anything. Guess they get to make up their own rules as they feel like it because I did the same thing during an evening shift and no one said a word!. You have to get your own towels and sheets and pillow cases because "they can't leave the office" but they could sure come down to be rude about hanging clothes. Then one evening, I walked in on the young girl that was working the front desk that evening and she was playing "Kissy Face" with some young guy in the lobby. She took care of my need (reprogram the door key that I had to do every night) and then went back to him as I was leaving. Then, that same young guy was pressure washing the second story walkway on a Saturday, blowing all the debris all over the guests vehicles. When I said something to him about it, he said "oh, its just water". Yeah right! Cigarette butts and mold and mildew and whatever else was laying there! At least he gave me time to move my vehicle. The other guests were not so lucky to have that opportunity. My suggestion is that they make Terri the manager and let her teach the rest of them what customer service is all about! I am a General Manager at a business in Tampa and I'll tell you that none of this staff cares or they need training and/or supervision. I have stayed at many Motel 6's across the southeast and have never run into another one as poorly staffed as this one! Someone from corporate Motel 6 needs to come visit undercover and see what I have experienced there!
