Noisy expressway when on one side of the motel. Basic coffee, yogurt, pastry. Room was clean, but bed caved in. It was one of the cheaper alternatives while looking for a room in Denver near Red Rock Amphitheater.

We enjoyed our stay at this La Quinta; it was a great location; clean and safe. Breakfast could have had more selections, but this was a great place for us to call "home" while exploring the area. We very much enjoyed the stay, and highly recommend this property!
Worse hotel ever!

I am a 71-year old woman with mobility issues. The elevator was out of order. I had to walk up FIVE FLIGHTS of stairs with my bags. (We won't even discuss the high altitude issues. I'm glad I didn't have a heart attack.) My room was infested with fleas that bit me. (I counted at least 20 dogs staying at the hotel, probably more.) The phone didn't work. The room was dirty. There was a spider in the sink. The coffee maker leaked all over the shelf. The only right thing for LaQuinta to do is to waive my entire bill of $602.68 for 4 days in August 2021. Anything less from a multi-million dollar company is unacceptable. Clearly they don't care about anything but making money. I'm still waiting to hear from them. I was on hold and transferred multiple times for 2 hours and never got to talk with anyone.

Ok where to begin…. To echo other reviewers, LaQuinta is a reliable family/pet-friendly choice while on the road. This one was a big miss. I will do the positive sandwich- the evening front desk staff was lovely and very helpful. Our first room smelled like dog pea and we had our dog who had her nose to the carpet. It smelled bad. The bathroom tub was so stained it looked filthy so I wouldn’t let my son take a bath in it. The duvet cover was stained and looked worn. The rooms are just tired and dirty. We called front desk to have them move us which they did and were very accommodating. We moved next door and room smelled a bit better but it has an overall look of uncleanliness. I don’t fault the staff, it feels like a leadership/ownership issue. Overall, the place was tired and creepy- again, staff very nice and working with what they had to address our concerns but I’d keep driving.
I usually Love La Quinta but not this one

To clarify, I usually love my stay at hotels and do not usually nitpick because we are all human. Especially now during a pandemic, things will not always go as planned. But I was disappointed that upon arrival, our room smelled and was stuffy, our bathroom was dirty and complimentary breakfast was scarce. I understand with Covid that things have to change, but even having milk and juice was not available in the machines. The hours of swimming pool did not match what they listed. There was a line of people waiting one morning. I had asked what time the pool would open, and the person at the desk said it was the same everyday- and named an hour that is different from what is listed everywhere. The staff for the most part was really nice. But there didn’t seem to be much communication with the guests about a number of things.
