Sitio perfecto, pero la wifi.. Desde la playa porque en la habitación imposible, la habitación no demasiado limpia... Toallas con manchas amarillas y demás... La recepción es de pena...
Eso sí, el personal amable y la piscina preciosa.

Booked for 7 nights but had to leave after first night to fly home due to covid-19 but found the Hotel good with friendly reception on arrival checking into the room and then giving a short tour of the grounds,rooms a bit dated but access to beach and on beach Resturant and barwas excellent,pool was in a open area but seemed ok.Only got to use bar and Resturant before having to leave in a hurry in morning but i will return and finish holiday ASAP........

So disappointed. The Area a round the pool looks like a graveyard. No running water in the facility near the pool. The gym was not as in pictures. Bar staff was unfriendly! Location is good though but After one night we’re looking for another place to stay. And we payed for 5 nights.
Pleasant rooms, lazy staff

It’s a pleasant spot which looks like a quality hotel. But the staff couldn’t be bothered to clean the sun beds by the pool, which were wet and dirty every morning, and there were no tables or umbrellas for the sun beds. After two days of enjoying breakfast on my balcony, I was suddenly informed that they could no longer bring food or coffee to the room, a full 30 metres from the restaurant. When I went down to the beach, the staff in the restaurant couldn’t even be bothered to bring menus over or ask if guests wanted drinks. Instead of room service there were Lipton teabags, instant coffee and paper cups next to a water machine in the lobby. And finally the Receptionist ‘couldn’t’ call a taxi for me to go to the airport, even though there were taxis parked on the street, which I eventually had to go and get myself and bring to the hotel. So the message is, if they can’t make money out of it, tough, they don’t care if you miss your flight. To summarise: nice rooms - for which they charge top dollar - but lazy staff who have no concept of customer service.
Struggling with reception

We booked family room, 2 adulta us 2 kids.
Room is so much NOT sufficient for family.
Clearly I had confirmation for braakfast of 4 people in the room.
It took ages until its resolved from the reception lady, not sure whether she didnt want to give us what we booked or its an english language barrier!!!!!
In any way, we spend loooong time until they accepted to call the hotel manager for us.
Again atbthe beginning, he tried not to give us what is clearly mentioned in our confirmation letter.
After long conversations, he has given it to us
If u want peaceful stay, dont go there.
