Worst place I’ve ever had to stay...

This was literally the only hotel in town that wasn’t full, so I had no other choice. I itched from the moment I walked in the door. There was a dirty fork underneath one bed and it didn’t look like it had been vacuumed. The carpet felt damp and there was a springtail bug on one of the beds. The water coming out of the tub was brown and the bathroom cleanliness was subpar at best. There were two large bath towels, one washcloth, and three hand towels, so I’m pretty sure the only “housekeeping” that was done was by the toker at the front desk. No one got any sleep. I will NEVER stay here again no matter how desperate we are to sleep. I’ll sleep in my car first.

Worse place yet

The rooms are dirty, mold in the bathrooms, soap scum all through out the bathtub. The hot tub had a dirty ring around it. The pool was green from alge. My friend ended up getting legionnares disease from taking the kids swimming there. This place needs to be shut down!

Wasn't horrible

We stayed the night here while driving from Florida to western Colorado. There was good and bad, as with every hotel. Pros: 2 king beds in a suite like room. Jack and Jill bathroom between the 2 rooms, with locking doors. Flat screen TVs Clean bathroom Clean room Cons: AC sucked, even when on full blast No elevators Bed was very springy So upon checking in, we noticed the lobby was very warm. Not too concerned, thinking the a.c. in the room would be better. After hauling our luggage up a bunch of stairs, we get in the room, and it was hot. Made sure the a.c. was cranked down, checked the vents. Blowing semi-cool air in the 1st room, nothing blowing in the 2nd. Called down, he said he would call someone. We decided to eat and wanted Mexican, front desk recxomended a place down the street. When we came back, it was still hot in the room, even though they reset the chill tower (to be honest, I'm not sure what that even means), so we inquired about fans. Front Desk brought one, and we asked about a second from the courtyard amd we retrieved that one. With the a.c. cranked all the way down, fans blowing on us, no covers, we slept comfortably. Front desk guy wasnt rude at all, just very laid back, so I'm not sure if it is a different guy the others are complaining about. The hotel is older, and seems like it could be a great place if a lot of work was done. The carpet seemed clean in the rooms, just stained. I probably wouldn't stay again due to the air conditioning issue. No elevators sucked, but is doable. AC is non-negotiable for me. And I like is cold when I sleep

You could not pay me to stay again

We booked three nights in this sorry excuse for a hotel for my Mom’s 60th birthday. The first night we arrived we have to move rooms due to our air conditioner not working. The second night my husband and I barely slept due to the tempature they kept the room at. The third night was the night from hell. The hotel booked a party and the music was so loud it was literally virbrating the walls in our room. I called the front desk and asked if they might be able to turn down the music and his response was “no, but the party was only booked for three hours and they have already been playing for an hour” that call was made at 6:11. Finally, nine I called the front desk again and asked how much longer and he said oh it should be over in an hour or so. I explained to him that I called earlier and he said it would be over in a couple of hours and it has been three. He then goes on to tell me well I can give you a refund for the night and you guys and go ahead and go. I was shocked! This was seriously the worst weekend stay I have ever experienced. The kid running the front desk seriously acted stoned out of his mind. I can’t believe an establishment actually conducted business this way. I would sleep in my car before I staying at this place again.
