Radisson Lampung Kedaton

I'm surprised when arrived at the lobby around midnight, there were no staff except receptionist. Thank to your employee mas Muksin for helping our luggage as well and check in process. Room was nice and spacious, near access to mall

The hotel is conveniently located near the biggest mall in town, with a number of restaurants and shops near by. The staff is friendly and courteous, and the hotel has a modern design with a tasteful local touch. The quality of the food was good, both at the restaurant for lunches and dinners and in the breakfast buffet. unfortunately I had a number of issues that made my stay unpleasant. The hotel was running a construction project on the 9th floor, where my room was located. the project work ran daily from early in the morning to as late as 9PM. When I called to complain the first time, the response I got from the front office agent was "this is an important project, I can't call it off, and need to check with my supervisor". This clearly showed that they don't care about their customers' experience, and to them construction work this late at night seemed acceptable. After waiting for 30 minutes with no change I complained again. It took another 3p minutes for the team finally looked into it and stopped the work. However, no apologies where made and no one called to check. The next morning I had the same unfortunate problem, when I complained again it seemed the staff was unsure what to do! so I suggested they move me to another floor, which they did. The new room wasn't clean unfortunately. There were stains on the bed sheets and pillows, and the floor wasn't vacuumed which was evident by the many food crumbs all over. A front office manager reached out based on my request, and though was apologetic. she gave the most ridiculous excuses and topped it off by attempting to compensate the bad experience with a lame and uninteresting late checkout offer. The next day, I wasn't able to get back to my room a couple of times due to issues with their card scanning system once and due to an issue with the 5th floor door the second time. Its clear this hotel has lots of potential, and its unfortunate its not being fully taken advantage of due to inconsistencies in the performance of front office and house keeping staff. I highly suggest that management invests more in training their staff, and focus on raising the quality bar in their property.

Overall nice and friendly hotels for family, good acces to the city and mall kedaton and good swimming pool for child and old people, the water was clean, the interior n view was excellent, very recommended hotels for family or couple. Thanks Radisson!!

From the moment you arrive at the hotel, the attention and smiles of the staff is the best welcome. After spending several days, they make you feel like family. At all times attentive to any need. Clean rooms and cleaning staff always very friendly. The breakfast is really good and with many options. The restaurant staff is extremely friendly and helpful especially Jasmine and Soda, who together with their team make the restaurant a special place together with the chefs, who always prepared exquisite dishes for us. Thanks also to Christina Aw, who at all times attended to our requirements and any problem that arose, as well as her entire team. Congratulations to all of you for your excellent work and for making our stay at Radisson unforgettable.

This is a very good hotel, basically it is just new so all rooms and facilities are in tip top shape. Good service is provided and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Due to COVID the restaurant menu was reduced in its offerings, but the chef was willing to make other food on request.
