Very high service level with all service facilities you can think about. The space you have as a camper (tent and campingvan) is really small and not cosy at all. The beach is very nice for kids because it is shallow. Because it is a public beach it can be quite busy, we saw a lot of garbage, it was not very clean. The booking system was not working well for us, the area which we booked was already taken and we needed to take another space. On this camping space there was a huge rock in the middle because it was just recently declared as a camping space. This made the impression quite chaotic for us. The location is great, within bicylce distance to the island of ven.

I recently stayed here for ten days as I was working in the nearby Oresund Shipyard, and I absolutely loved it, I travel quite a bit with work and this was a great change from staying in a Hotel, The lass behind reception when I arrived was great and really helpful, as when i checked in I was told my accommodation had no shower, however she changed my room/bungalow to one with a shower, which was good as after a days work I did not like the idea of having to take a shower in a shower block. The grounds were immaculate, the bungalow was clean with everything in that was needed. would certainly go back here if I return to Sweden.

We stayed at the accommodation for two nights in August (1 adult and 2 children aged 12 and 10) and had one of the older cabins. We paid 2500SEK for the two nights, which is expensive, but actually cheaper than similar places in Skåne. On first impression, we were really pleased. The cabins were well apart, allowing for a feeling of space, and it was a very pretty setting (running alongside a huge golf course). Check in was easy (we had requested an earlier check in but as it happens, turned up about 30 minutes before 3pm anyway due to traffic), and our keys were handed over quickly. Each cabin has an allotted car parking space and ours was right next to the cabin (number 51). The cabin was pretty big with 6 beds - one small bedroom with two singles, two more singles in the main living area and two upstairs in the loft. It felt like a lot of space for 3 people, which was really nice as cabins in Sweden are not always the largest. Another usual thing about these cabins is that you do not have to clean them yourselves and bedding and towels are provided. The only thing is you have to actually make your own bed, which lost a little of the charm of not having to take your own with you! Outside was a large area with a six-seater table, which was really nice to eat breakfast in particular, and again, the distance of the other cabins made you feel almost secluded. The cabin had a television (not many channels) and also a toilet, although the description didn't say there was one, so we assumed we'd have to use the service facilities. So pleased to see one when we arrived (there was no shower but cards were provided to access the service showers on site). The cabin had a small kitchen with microwave, large fridge-freezer, two hobs, toaster, coffee machine and all the required pans and utensils. The cabin was a little unclean, especially the walls in the toilets. And it looked like it hadn't had a proper sweeping in a while. The outside seating area was also full of cobwebs and the table was dirty. But you know, this would be more of a problem in a 5 star hotel, it's less of a problem in a cabin when it kind of fits with the territory. It certainly wasn't so bad that it made us want to leave, just something we noticed. The cabin was 200m to the beach. The sea was very shallow and to swim, you needed to walk out onto the pier, where it was deep enough to swim but still fairly shallow. The beach is small but sandy, and generally really nice. There is a gatukök (kiosk) serving hotdogs and hamburgers, which were good and reasonably priced (60SEK for a burger and small chips), situated on the beach. The facilities also have a restaurant (which we didn't try) and a small shop with very limited supplies (no bread other than a few bread rolls, for example). The small marina of Borstahusen is 1km away, and a really nice walk parallel to the beach. There is an ICA Nära supermarket there (much better for provisions than the shop on site) along with a few restaurants. We actually walked into Landskrona and it took about 50 minutes each way (4km each way). It was a long walk but very pretty - we walked along the road there and it was interesting to look at the houses - and on the beach walk on the way back. Landskrona is definitely worth a look while you are there. On our first morning, we suddenly had no electricity in the cabin. On reporting it to reception, someone was at our cabin within 15 minutes. An electrician was called out (we weren't in) and it was noted that there was a problem with the water heater and we had no hot water. We were asked if we wanted to switch cabins, which we didn't seeing as we only had one more night, but it was good that they offered. Overall, we were very pleased with our two nights. We just wished we could have stayed longer. There was very little to complain about - even having no electricity was dealt with very quickly so that it wasn't an issue. If you are in the area, thoroughly recommend a stop - we will certainly be back if only to swim in the glorious sea there!

This is a relatively small site. It has stugas and campsites for tents, caravans and RVs. We rented a stuga for a week. It is all relatively new. the furniture is mainly IKEA. Nothing wrong there, but don't expect any romantic place. The reception is open from 8am till 10pm and also contains a little shop. The area is next to the beach and is within easy walking distance. There is also a path for walking or running that goes around the site. It is also next to the golf course. Landskrona is centrally located. It's about 30 minutes to Malmo, 45 minutes to the bridge to Denmark, 15 minutes to Helsingborg and about 2 hours 15 minutes to Goteborg. There are a lot of nice little towns in the area that can be explored, for instance Lund. Also nearby is the Vala shopping center in Helsingborg.
