Decent Room No Fridge No Microwave ect
Room was ok!! You would think because of COVID it would have been spotless but I find trash in corners and hairs in the shower!! I had to do a whole Clorox and Lysol clean up when I arrived!! The room has no fridge no microwave and no coffee maker !! They want u to go broke smh
Poor customer service
If you encounter any issues during your trip, it is YOUR PROBLEM and not theirs.. poor service. Good stay up until the last day, I needed customer service and quickly realized how poorly staff responded-even the manager failed to respond appropriately. Aside from that the pillows were flat and bed was uncomfortable but room was ok. Avg room and price but lost my business due to lack of customer service from staff.
Great weekend!
Check in was great room service didn’t take long and the lasagna was great! The circle bar sure does make some great drinks the mgm is a skyway away along with aria and the cosmopolitan there is also a cvs close as well!
Don’t do the upgrade
We were able to upgrade to a suite for $70 a night. Luckily we check the bill and one night they changed it to $120. If I didn’t see it they wouldn’t have fixed it. Beyond disgusting. No plans on staying here again based on service.
Outdated rooms
Rooms are dingy and outdated,air conditioner hardly worked,I can’t imagine it during the summer,I would leave it would not be able to keep the room cool. The TV had a outdated hotel menu that didn’t work,which to me says management isn’t paying attention to room maintenance. GREAT restaurants though,had great service and excellent food at everyone we ate at.
