Went here with a large group not included in this review. At crap table with only my wife and 1 other person. Only allowed 1/2 table but, then head security guard came up to to other guy playing and told him he was done. Said he was sleeping which was not the case. Talked to the "guard" and he didn't care about the fact the guy was didn't do anything wrong. VERY DISAPPOINTING for a casino that hat nobody there on a Sunday

DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY!!!! would not even give it a one star should be negative stars. Have stayed in this Hotel many times and was always happy. It had been since 2018 since our last stay and OH boy has it gone down hill. Room was dirty, the bed was broken and tub looked like it had not been cleaned in years. Could not see out the windows they were so dirty. The a/c was so bad a fan was required to stay cool. The pool was some what clean but the hot tub needed water and looked like it had not been cleaned for a very long time , was so bad the spa jets would not even work not that you would want to get in to the spa. Now lets get to the elevators, half of them were not working, and the doors were held together with tape, felt like every time you got on it might be your last. The parking garage had equipment everywhere. Just a horrible experience for a once very nice place Will take our business elsewhere.

Extremely friendly customer service and the hotel is literally on the Colorado River, room is big and clean and very easy to find, there are enough restaurants inside the hotel so we didn’t have to leave to get food, good enough for one day stay on my way to Sedona.
Don't do it

I am very familiar with Laughlin. I chose to stay at the Golden Nugget Laughlin for one night to have dinner, visit with friends and to have a safe refuge for the night. I was appaled by the condition of the hotel. It was not a good expierence. Upon arrival at 11:30 am I stopped to see a friend working there and was shocked at how dead the casino was. Bars everything dead!! So sad. I said to the person I was talking to that I was going to run down and grab a coffee at the Landry version of Starbucks, they said better hurry it closes in 10 minutes.. Their hours are 6am - noon.. Really I replied and ran down to get a coffee.. Every restaurant closes at 9pm... The pit 21 tables opens at 10am and closes at 10 or 11pm.. at noon there were only 2 tables open.. wow.... I checked in early went to my room not impressed there were stains on the carpet so I kept my shoes on!! I left to go meet a friend for lunch, upon returning I went into the bathroom there is mold around the shower yuck... I checked the bed for bugs did not see any and decided to stay not complain sleep and go... When I woke up that morning to leave there is a Kurig coffee maker in the room that made me happy. I went to make coffee and noticed water in the machine so I ran it through did not have my glasses on so I thought the debris in the clean cup was coffe grounds, I dumped out that water and ran another cup through in the meantime putting on my glasses, the debris in the cup was BUGS... YUCK... totally unacceptable.. I went to the front desk and the women said you should of called I said what would you of done she stated sent you a new coffee maker. I said I think the problem is beyond that...She apologized I said I took pictures she said ohhhh, I showed her the pictures of the bugs in the cup (I was more disgusted by that one) she asked me to show them to another lady that was at a different window, so I did she requested that I email it to her, so she could forward it to housekeeping.. I think an exterminator would be more practical... My room was through a third party, the Golden Nugget waived my resort fee. Not really compensation for a crappy hotel room in a ghost town resort. The only positive was my dinner in Salt Grass Steak house.. Delicious!!

They charge a resort fee but, pool to cold to use, spa broken, sewage smell around pool area and the elevator doesn't work properly and is in need of cleaning and repair/ Halls to are in need of cleaning. Rooms are dingy and depressing.
