On the night of June 20, 2021, I stayed at your hotel with my husband and sister.
We didn't have reservations and could have picked a different hotel.
We got two rooms, 450 and 451.
I really do not know where to start. Do I do good or bad first? Guess we will do the good.
The bed linens were nice and the beds were comfortable. The refrigerators worked well and the breakfast was good with a very nice woman working there. The air conditioning worked very well and the shades on the windows were different and a nice look.
Now for the not so good..
In room 451 the entry light by the door was burned out. Which meant the room was dark until you found the curtains or another light.
In room 450... 1.The sink had terrible drainage.
2.The lever needed to be held to be sure the toilet flushed completely.
3.The lower inside of the shower was very black in the grout areas.
In both rooms 450 and 451...
1.King beds with only two pillows each. I have never had a king bed in a hotel with only two pillows. When asked about more pillows, front desk said he could only find one extra and it was dirty so he would have to wash it! Never got it.
2.There was only one set of towels in each room. (Maybe if they did not want to put a second set out you could put a set in a sealed plastic bag, if needed.
3.The phones in the rooms did not work, which I understand has happened before. That could be a dangerous problem if help were needed.
Now I understand that with COVID, getting staff is a problem, but front desk person, Tristin, did not represent IHG very well. He did not seem to know the operations of the hotel computer system, even though he has been there for a month. He didn't know if I could leave mail at the front desk. He didn't know there was a list of local restaurants. He did not tell us the price of the rooms . He did not ask us we had any discounts, I guess we forgot to bring it up for AARP or Military or AAA.
Tristan said he would text you about the mail question, but he said you did not check your texts once you left the hotel. That is not a good idea, especially, with having a fairly new employee. There might have been an important question that needed answering.
Sadly, if we are in the area again, and since it works in with our travel plans we should be, we will probably pick one of the other hotels in the area. I think the $179 paid for each room was way too expensive for what the services received.
There are at least four other hotels by this one. I SUGGEST YOU TRY AONTHER!
Not as expected

I have stayed in hotels in Lawton before. I work 7 days a week 12 hours a day. I decided to take a small vacation and get away from work 24 hours. This is the first time since I stopped working for ihp in 2003, that I've stayed in one of their hotels. For the most part it was great. The bed was great.
The room was a good size. Only one cup of coffee pod. One towel no wash cloth. No paper plates spoons or forks. When I first arrived someone was smoking in my floor you could smell it. Then there were 4 nervous people 2 did down, it been my uniform making them nervous. I fall asleep fast so far, then my direct neighbors started fighting he slamming her into walls and telling her she better not say a word. Asking her who is she gonna tell exactly nobody. She tried to run he body slammed her... it was a nightmare for 45 minutes. The walls are thin. Then traffic started up so I couldn't go back to dorp and I got a ton so I could sleep in. But here it is 4 am and I'm wide awake.

Stayed here for a week while on a work trip. The room was very nice with clean and new furniture and fixtures. The gym was small (one treadmill, one bike, one eliptical, and dumbbells) but just enough for my needs. The hot breakfast was pretty good and you can tell the management made efforts to keep it going during COVID. Special shout out to the ladies that served the breakfast - no easy task! Patricia and the front desk staff were also super friendly and helpful. The only issues were with the TV, which kept turning on by itself for some reason, and the fire alarm went off in my room a few times one morning. Unfortunately room service is only offered upon request due to COVID and when they did, they forgot to leave new bath towels. Wasn't too inconvenient since I was leaving the next day. But with those things aside, I was overall impressed and I'd definitely stay again.

I recently stayed there for 9 days, on my last day of stay, they had a huge plumbing issue due to weather and they didn’t notify me while I was gone. Some of my belongings went missing such as my Nintendo switch and jewelry. I received water damage to my Xbox and camera. When I expressed my concerns to one of the employees the night prior she seemed like she didn’t care.

1. The waste basket in the room was full of trash from the pervious guest.
2. There was a left over used towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door.
3.There was only a half roll of toilet paper in the bathroom.
4. The shampoo dispenser in the shower was completely empty.
5. Lastly the mirror was very dirty and streaky.
That being said makes me wonder about the other cleaning procedures amid this
covid 19 pandemic.
