I came to Massachusetts as a traveling Nurse. I picked the Black Swan initially because I was looking for a hotel I could stay with my 2 small dogs. I drove from NM and on my trip here, I stayed at 4 other hotels that allowed dogs. Each hotel was either a chain or a private hotel but no two were owned by the same company. All of the hotels had me sign a contract for my dogs. What was different about The Black Swan is that I promised to tell them if my dogs had an accident inside so their staff could clean it appropriately. The difference this made in the quality of room I got was tremendous. All the other hotels I stayed in smelled of dog urine. I asked for new rooms because my dogs are very well trained and don't have accidents. They had rooms that were saved for dogs. They all had some smell. If the Black Swan uses the certain rooms for dogs, I could not tell. My room was spotless! There was no smell at all! In the other hotel rooms my dogs smelled every inch of the rooms. This room, nothing. My dogs couldn't even smell signs of other dogs! The Black Swan is beautiful and clean and sits beside a beautiful lake. The staff is very nice an accommodating. I am really enjoying my stay here. I am here for a few weeks so I'm glad it's such a nice comfortable place to stay. I definitely recommend staying here even if you don't have dogs.

Very happy with our stay. Great location, clean, spacious room, friendly staffs, close to shopping areas and local sightseeing. We stayed in lake view room which has the beautiful view especially of sunset. Our dogs were happy too!! Delicious Indian restaurant in the hotel. Highly recommend this place !! Great value for money

Beautiful lake location. Clean, updated and comfortable rooms. Rooms are freshened daily by maid staff. Nice continental breakfast. Front desk very friendly and accommodating. Great experience and would definitely return. Highly recommend!

Great Visit and Stay in Lenox

This Inn was great. We actually received a text to let us know our room was available earlier then expected. The room was very clean and warm. The location was perfect for the event we were attending. The grounds were lovely as it is situated on a lake. We were offered an adequate complimentary breakfast. We definitely would recommend this Inn if you are visiting Lenox!

The Rooms were clean the bed was comfortable. The staff was very accommodating. Very nice scenery off the balcony over looking the lake. We Ate Dinner at the Mint restaurant. Highly recommend it. Very good Indian food.
