Tardaron en atendernos en la recepción. Estuvimos esperando y nadie salía. Cuando al fin nos registraron nos dieron una habitación que estaba sucia y con la cama sin hacer. Nos dieron una nueva habitación, en esta había basura dentro de los cajones y un técnico tuvo que venir a arreglar la luz. En total estuvimos casi 1h para completar nuestra entrada al hotel. Teníamos una reserva de cena que perdimos.

When I arrived, the desk clerk was very frustrated - the motel was very short-staffed - many rooms were uncleaned, and she didn't know which ones were ready. Fortunately my Amish riders' rooms were ready, but I was sent to two rooms that were not clean and a room previously reserved for another. I finally went out to eat, so the desk clerk could clean my room. The shower did not work, no breakfast was provided as advertised - only coffee and juice. When these problems were addressed in writing and verbally to the manager, he did not read the note or listen to the problems, he just became very angry and ordered me out of the motel.
Horrible Customer Service Experience

When we arrived at the property at 530pm for our reservation, we stood in the lobby for 10 minutes, nobody behind the counter. I had to physically go search out a housekeeper, so they could call the desk agent to help us. The front desk clerk then advised our King Non-smoking room was NOT ready. We could either wait for a clean King room or take a room with 2 Queens. Not what we paid for, but we were tired and hungry, so reluctantly, we opted for queen room. We carry all our bags to the room, where the room card will not unlock the door. Went back to the front desk and had to wait again. Agent rekeyed our cards and we were able to get in the room.
Decided we wanted to stay another night, so I booked the room for the following night. I booked this same property, however, I booked the room for that night, at 1125pm no less. Immediately contacted the front desk to change the booking and was told that they couldn't/wouldn't change it. They advised the rate was Non-refundable. I then proceeded to contact the Wyndham Toll Free Customer Service number. I spoke with a polite and professional agent, she advised that she would contact the property directly. I was placed on hold and a few minutes later she was back and advised me that the OWNER refused to either change the booking or refund the room charge. So $78 may not seem like alot of money, but to me, it is. I work hard for my money and when OWNERS like this don't A: Just Do The Right/Moral Thing. B: Care About Anything But The Bottom Line and C: Take Care Of The Customer Who Keeps You In Business.
I will not book this property and will actively avoid other Wyndham properties. Will they miss me or my money? NO, but that's alright, I'll know. Now you know too.
Very rude staff member

Over night staff member was very rude than the next morning she was very rude we talked with the owner and got it settled than she came down the hall to our room where she started talking rude and cussing us tell we ended up checking out

So we went outside, the purple hair front desk lady nor 2 guys sitting on the couch had a mask on. We came back inside and the front desk lady was VERY rude! Told us that the others didn’t care and that she did and we needed to wear a ask, we asked her if that was the case why she didn’t have one on or the two guys sitting on the couch. She pops of good question. And then proceeded to tell us not to question her, then proceeded to mouth about us all the way down the hall. We are part of a rail road family and paid for 3 nights but we won’t be staying them 3 nights after tonight.
