Great nights stay while dropping the daughter at Uni. Room clean. Basic but it’s all we needed.
Breakfast was delicious. Paula, our server, was fantastic. Quick, friendly and efficient. She was on her own but you would never have guessed with the great service she provided. Thanks Paula.
(Their allergy information was excellent)
Would definitely stay again.
Well Done Premier Inn

This is a lovely hotel and I really want to thank the team, who may have been slightly short staffed but still were very attentive and welcoming, I live in Leicester but my house is been renovated so I’m staying in different premiers over the past week (to get the best prices) this one was the best so far.

On a business visit. Given a room where 🤔 people had being smoking previously horrendous fusty smell in the room.
Complained no apology offered and advised they were full when refused room advised she had another one available. Sink in bathroom blocked. Returned at 11pm tonight to find towels had not been changed and bed not made. No dry towel to shower with. At £75 a night this is disgraceful. I would ask considerable be given to my room charge to accommodate the inconvenience

To Meera Duty Manager and staff at the Leicester City Centre, From room 309, (Mon Sept 6 to Thur Sept 9 2021) Well, firstly a big thank you to Meera, for being very a helpful, friendly duty manager--she is definitely a all rounder. Secondly, thank you for who ever was the cleaner, for getting my room ready,( check in was for 4pm) I, was early and my lovely, comfy room was available by my early arrival at 1.00pm . I enjoyed my stay, i found no problem with my stay not a fan of 'ac' but, managed to work the 'ac' and used it when needed. Had no problems with the 'tv' (as often when staying in hotels-- always some hic-up). With me i tend to keep the do not disturb sign on the door handle, so was trouble free from unexpected cleaner staff. My mini break was perfect, catching up with two old school friends,/ family. Thank you Meera, for allowing my dear friend and myself to catch up in the lobby, last Thursday, I am still on cloud nine, chatting of old school days and what we had done for the past 50 years. So glad I chose the City Center hotel, handy for any visitors needs, and myself an ex Leicester girl, had no problems getting about. Love staying at any Premier Inn, always get a good nights sleep. No more to say, THANK YOU LOADS,XX Rita Dourado

Good value hotel in a great city centre location, room was clean and tidy on arrival. Air conditioning was not easy to get a comfortable temperature. Lift access was a major issue especially during check our time as only 1 of the 2 lifts access the car park.
