Beautiful Hotel
This place has e/thing. The staff are super friendly & the property is spotless clean. Fridge & micro in every room. For the 1st time since March 2020, I got to enjoy a hot tub (pool open also). Fitness center w/ dumbbells. Hot limited b/fast & great location off of the Interstate w/ truck parking. Definitely recommended. Be blessed!!
Wonderful stay
We stayed here for a tennis tournament at The Greenbrier. This hotel was right off the interstate, but we didn’t ever hear noise. Super convenient. The staff that we encountered was courteous and was 100% on wearing masks. They still had some breakfast items — cereal, milk, juice that was self-serve. You can “order” any of the hot items offered that day from a staff person who was behind a plastic barrier. We stayed in a studio, two queen room with a sofa bed. This room was HUGE! The living room area was separated by a partisan (see photo) and had an additional TV. The bed was very comfortable. The WiFi was free and was hit or miss. I ended up using my own device. There were 40 channels, including HBO. You could also access some apps on the TV, including YouTube and Netflix! We would definitely stay here again.
Very nice and super clean
Stayed here for the very first time and was impressed. Check-in was very efficient, and the room was extremely spacious and clean. I have to admit I'm a cheapskate when it comes to travel and the rate was a little more than I originally wanted, but this is definitely worth the price.
Very clean place to stay with Friendly staff
My Great Aunt and I had been on the road for 12 hours and my eyes were too tired to keep driving. I am so glad we chose to stay here. Joshua was working the front desk that night when we checked in. Joshua was helpful, kind, and found a fan for me because I can not sleep without one. Joshua gave us information on where to go eat at the later hour and how to get to it. We were upgraded because I am a Bonvoy member. The waters came in handy they gave us, the room was VERY clean and the beds were comfortable. The next morning, they had a nice hot breakfast, they have someone with a mask and gloves behind plexi to fill your plates with what you choose. The hot food and good coffee were wonderful before we hit the road again. I would stay here again.
Perfectly clean
I think during these “difficult” times hotels, like others, are having a difficult time getting people to show up for work because they are “scared” of a virus with a 99.91% recovery rate. Making it difficult to clean sufficiently-which we’ve run into...but not here. Although masks were required for breakfast they didn’t require them to walk around. Thank you. If you feel more comfortable wearing a mask-wear one. Don’t force people to do something they don’t want to do. 🙄
