We really appreciated the help from your maintenance man Mr Mark. The sink was loose and shower door was stuck. The desk clerk notified Mr Mark and he fixed our concerns. We travel alot and most of the time the breakfast is slim due to covid but your menu was just right.

Solo Visit For Friend’s Birthday

I drove in early from Houston so I was looking forward to relaxing for a bit but my only complaint is that I requested early check-in and I was given a room that was still occupied with a guest. When I opened the door, the room was unclean and a man’s shoes were still on the floor. I quickly closed the door for safety and headed downstairs. The front desk agent was most apologetic and gave me another room. The hotel was clean and my room was also clean and spacious. In the morning, the free breakfast provided was tasty and there was a variety of options to choose from. All in all, I enjoyed my rest for the night and I would stay at the hotel in the future.

Spacious for 5 person family. Location to restaurants great. Hotel quiet. Lobby clean and welcoming. Front desk staff friendly. Negatives: air conditioner kept shutting off. Room never got cool. Kept having to turn a/c back on because auto did t work. No bedding for sleeper sofa. Sleeper sofa worn (ripped arm rest) and stained (white gunk). Carpet red stains. Bed sheets were also stained. Sinks both bathrooms very slow draining. Tv remote did not work.

Great location, but in disrepair and dirty

Marriott’s continued labor cost cutting is sadly evident as the my room had broken faucets, cracked and chipped mirrors, split mill work on trim, multiple body hairs through tub, sink, toilet and bedding, and stains on carpet. Breakfast is minimal, typical past selections no longer available. I am a lifetime titanium elite and this was simply not up to par with the 1500+ nights I have experienced over the years with Marriott. Staff was friendly throughout my stay.

During my stay at this hotel, my catalytic converters were stolen from my truck. Although we filed a police report, it was in vain because the property has no external security camera. The hotel staff was completely apathetic to the situation, more worried about their personal vehicles in the parking lot than the predicament we were in, unable to get a replacement on a Sunday and unable to drive the vehicle home. We also opened a case with Marriott on this issue and the property manager refused to get in touch to discuss the horrible experience.
