Had more highs than lows during our stay here. Extremely accommodating checkin with Kareem, made me feel right at home. Which was needed because the first three rooms we tried, the HVAC fan sounded like baseball cards in a bicycle spoke. Also in the first room we checked, the refrigerator did not work. He went over the top to locate a fourth option with a quiet climate control system. Overnight, that unit’s thermostat failed, making room temperature control impossible. We lived with it. Room was clean but dated, bath area was very nice. TV was large but not HD. Room darkening shades were the best we’ve ever used. Facility was extremely convenient to I-75 and far enough away to minimize ambient road noise in the room. Breakfast was a highlight reel, a full American plan buffet with ample warm and cold options. Oh, found out a cool tip, the awesome spiced potatoes are served only on the weekend, might want to alter your plans to try those out. Overall would recommend, hopefully management will see fit to update mechanicals as necessary.

We generally use the Best Western on our travels, We have had very good experiences staying at this chain. Prices are reasonable and amenities are consistently good. We enjoy the breakfast and are quite happy they have an early start so we can get on the road early.

Great EV road trip stop

Stopped here while on a road trip in an EV. The chargers were fast, available, unblocked and the staff knew how to deal with them. Particularly useful traveling from south east towards Louisville right now as it there isn’t much DCFC in Lexington yet. Rooms were quiet and clean, breakfast was good, they had decaf coffee. We’ll stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Seems to be recently updated. Our room was comfortable. We reserved the king room with the sofa bed. The only negative we had was the shower area was too small in our opinion. The hotel is convenient to shops and restaurants. Right off the interstate. We would stay here again when in the area

Very pleasant stay and the night manager was extremely pleasant. Room was very clean and there was lots of hot water and pressure for a shower. Access on and off I 75 was easy. Overall a pleasant lower cost stay.
