No one at desk for nearly 15 min; associate was curt and failed to make us feel welcome in any fashion; simple things such as WiFi and/or water, breakfast hours, even coffee, were not offered or provided. Went down the street for $7 mire and was treated was respect and courtesy. I suffer from MS as well and my ‘slowness’ maneuvering with my cane seemed to be unwelcome, despite my having two rooms.

I was here with my sister in law for a medical appointment and everything was good. Clean room, comfortable beds, polite staff. Enjoyed the outside fire pit. Breakfast could be improved upon a little.
Not the same quality as in years past

For many years this was the place to stay for us , close to Trader Joe’s and Nicolasville Rd, but unprofessional staff and slacking off on cleaning has caused the place to look dingy and uncared for . They have always had clean rooms and very friendly staff but I guess with the pandemic you just can’t seem to get good staff anymore

We have stayed at numerous Home2 Suites and this definitely ranks at the bottom. Upon arrival, the front desk lady was less than welcoming. She ran my husbands debit card and said it was declined. His works fine so she clearly put the number or exp in wrong or something but just handed it back and said it’s declined, never offering to run again. I gave her mine from same account and it worked fine. She never told us how to access wifi, never said anything about breakfast or anything about the hotel like they typically do when you arrive. What looked to be wetted paper towels had been put around the smoke detector then dried. The bed sunk in the middle, the pillows need to be replaced and the couch was stained and dirty looking. Their were cobwebs on the wall light fixture. We were, however, greeted very friendly the next morning going to breakfast and they had a nice selection to choose from and a nice man heated our food. For reference: we were in room 320.
Disappointed in one of my favorites

My interaction with hotel staff was not as good as it has been with my past stays. The room that I received needed some maintenance for sure as the thermostat appeared to be broken. The temperature was either too hot or freezing. I was also woken up at 6:30 am by the sound of a chirping smoke detector! At this point I couldn’t have went back to sleep if they had come fixed it then. I normally love love this hotel, but not so sure how I feel now. 😒
