We recently visited the hotel on a quick trip to Belgium. We chose Liege cause it sounded like a great city and believe us, it really was! It’s vibrant and full of life so we’ll definitely be back. From check-in to check-out, our stay was incredible, to say the least. Upon arriving at the hotel, the staff were as friendly and inviting as they could be. They made us feel safe and comfortable, especially regarding COVID protocols - there are plenty of covid safe procedures implemented. When it comes to the rooms, ours was incredible! The bed was super comfortable, there is a desk which was great for us since we work from our laptops and they’re spacious with ample storage spaces, not to mention that we were blown away by the design of the rooms and the hotel in general! Another score of 10/10 for the breakfast Top-notch from start to finish. Can't wait to be back!
Nice hotel, but worst imaginable hotel check-in procedure

A very nice hotel in a good location in Liege, a short walk from the city centre. However, we experienced the worst imaginable check-in procedure. The queue for check-in was long, and became even longer while we waited. Only one employee was in the Reception. When it finally was our turn, she could not find our 3 reservations, and she was very rude to us. She finally managed to find them, and she then started preparing the 6 access cards for our rooms. When she had prepared 4 of them, she started serving some other guests in the queue, and then came back to us afterwards. We had booked space for our bikes, but this was not accessible, and we had to take our bikes to our rooms. We also had booked space for our car in the multi storey car park next to the hotel, this did not succeed either since all the hotel’s spaces on the 2nd floor were taken. We then parked on the public spaces on the 7th floor. When we finally came to our rooms, one of the access cards did not work. I really do not understand why these access cards were not prepared beforehand. Surely, the staff must have known so many people were arriving that day. Apart from the stressful check-in, the hotel was very nice, the rooms are spacious and clean, we were served by kind staff the following days, and we had a very nice lunch in the hotel; breakfast was also really good. On the day we left, we could not get our car out of the multi storey car park without help from a very kind man in the Reception.

Very friendly hotel, with convenient parking. Dog friendly which is important to us. Rooms ok, but bottom sheet very worn out, thin and ill fitting, came off in the night. Instant coffee only in the room, but good coffee at breakfast. Avoid the cocktails! Dinner was good though.
Bar/restaurant feels like a livingroom

I stay for 2 nights in this nice hotel. Clean rooms, good bed, friendly staff, good food, breakfast good! The bar/restaurant feels almost as a living room. Good hotel! Parking your car can be a challenge in the small parking spots closed to this hotel.
Penta Liege thoughts.

Friendly staff. Good service. Clean. No worries. Booked the restaurant in the city centre for us. Walking distance to all the amenities. Walking distance to all the restaurants & there a a huge number and varied choice. I have never had a bad meal in 4 years. Walking distance to all the sights. Watch over a 1000 comorants fly down the Meuse at dawn - spectacular.
