Perfect for a short stay in Miraflores

This hotel has very friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast is very good and has a variety of choices daily. The location is perfect and the WiFi works like a charm. The added bonus of the swimming pool in the roof makes it a place to remember. I recommend staying in this property.

Great Hotel, super clean and the wonderful surprise with the "Bidet".... very nice and good breakfast selection, the restaurant has also a very good selection of food and everything we tried was excellent, the stuff was outstanding and very helpful especially with the parking. everything was excellent!!

Great customer service. Anthony at front desk with Alexa and Omar always helpful and reliable. Their professional behavior made turmoil times at easy ( we were there when Airport was closed for 36 hrs). The restaurant crew was always attentive with Angelo and crew always offered extra service at the end of a day. It was not our first staying here since we are familiar with good location of hotel. We are expatriates who knows location is important at Lima. This hotel provides a safe environment with staff at front door 24/7. Rooms are always clean and maintenance crew is always ready to help. However rooms are beginning to show wear and tear which still better than some other hotels. Next time we visit we will be gladly come back to this good hotel that we strongly recommend.

Great base in Miraflores

Great base in the safe neighbourhood of Miraflores. The hotel arranged a taxi from the airport which is essential because it is chaos when you arrive! Rooms were large, clean and very comfortable - we even had a sea view. There was a good breakfast selection every morning, and a nice terrace for drinks outside. It was cold when we were there so didn't make use of the rooftop pool.

Feels more like a 3-star hotel rather than a 4-star hotel. Location is good though as Miraflores is the richest region in Lima. 20-min walking distance from the seashore, waterfront trail and one of the largest malls in Peru. Breakfast is also good.
