After I had checked in and my family and I had gotten to our room we had noticed the chain lock wasn’t on the door. We had just finished changing our toddlers diapers and knew we would need another room due to the fact that they could easily open the door without that lock. When I went to the manager, she acted like I was putting her out asking for a different room that had everything that I paid for and that if I had been in the room and messed with anything that there was nothing that could be done and it would be too late. After I ensured that we hadn’t been in the bed and messed up the room at all we were given another room. Well when we made it to the room and I went back to get the second key card she told me if she had fixed the bed that was messed up and there were two diapers in the trash can and didn’t want to give me the second key. This was the worst lady I have ever dealt with at a hotel.

Worst night’s sleep I’ve had in a hotel. Hot n’ sticky- the A/C couldn’t keep up. The walls were so thin, all out neighbors kept us awake. Maybe if you’re on the second floor you might get some peace. Also, the lights in the back parking lot stream in through the curtains- it was light daylight all night long. Breakfast was very sparse.

no lock on backdoor at all, no hair conditioner available, room only had one set of towels for 2 people, no outside security cameras on the back patio for safety, i was overcharged about $1, only 1 person working the hotel customer service and having to ring a bell to get them instead of them being there ready to serve, the rocks all had grass growing in them plus there was a huge pothole with a cone over it in the front drive-way infront of the lobby, & the curtains were so short that the a/c blew into them instead of my room! i we Absolutely HATED staying there and will NEVER return! there's NO FREAKING WAY this should be a WYNDAM property!

The good things are--they have truck parking & smoking rooms..and it was quiet. But then..the room was pretty dirty, stains on the walls, hairs in the shower and all around the base of the toilet. I thought the sheets were stained but no, theyre just thread-bare. And then..the blanket!!! I mean..how could housekeeping not see this? Then I wonder..do they even wash them? How could you pull this out of the washer/dryer and say "we're still going to put this on a bed." And that's probably why the room was so dirty, I don't think anyone cleans ...anything?

the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the only thing that i did not like was the pillows were uncomforted so bring your own pillow. the staff was very friendly. i would stay here again. there is an ihop with in a block
