A special place

We have been visiting the Ester Lee for years and always wonderful! Friends joined us and were beyond amazed. A short hop between cottages allowed us to enjoy magnificent sunsets and a toast to future

Corner room 212 with amazing views

Reviewed 12 march, 2022

Always a great place to stay when we come to Lincoln City. We had room 212 with the corner windows. The views are amazing and the service is always friendly. We haven't visited for many years but it's nice to know they haven't changed! The walk down to the beach was easier than walking back up but the beach was large and accommodating to many different areas to enjoy.

Internet is AWEFUL!

Reviewed 13 january, 2022

We have stayed here several times before, but in view of the advances made by other places, I need to let you know some serious drawbacks. First, there are almost no electrical outlets. This is really bad in the kitchen and living room. Second, the internet connection is pathetic. I could not access most of my usual websites and there seems to be no way to increase access. That being said, the views are excellent of the shoreline and big breakers out in the Pacific Ocean. Free parking. Pets are extra.

Yet another wonderful stay, first time in room 327

Reviewed 14 november, 2021

I’ve been staying at the Ester Lee since moving to Oregon in 2008, and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else while visiting Lincoln City. The history and vintage fixtures alone are worth a stay, but the service, view, and value can’t be beat either. This was our first time in pet-friendly room 327, which along with 326, is above the office. Those rooms don’t share walls with any other unit, very courteous when your husband SNORES! It was nice making breakfast in the fully-equipped kitchen, especially on that cool 1960s electric stove top. Gina (the second-generation owner) graciously showed me an album filled with interesting mementos collected over the decades. It was a treat to read! We can’t wait to return.

Jacuzzi Room #4

Reviewed 20 july, 2021

We've stayed at Ester Lee twice and liked it. Has anyone stayed in unit #4 which has a jacuzzi? How did you like it? Any details, esp. about safety grab bars in bath? They could not tell me specifics such as safety in bath over the phone. Is it a shower or tub? Important detail for safety considerations. Thanks! SW
