Great location, great service, great atmosphere,great room , we had 3 rooms , stayed 3 nights, had a great time , we will come again to this hotel , everything was good for all of us , feel like 5 stars hotel

Nothing even remotely bad to say about this hotel option in Lisbon. Location is perfect. Breakfast is perfect. Very clean. Great service. Plenty of room travelling with family. Enjoyed our stay so much that we cancelled reservations we had made elsewhere so that we could stay at BessaHotel again at the conclusion of our Portuguese trip.

Nice surprise. Great value, location and stay

Location is great, within a walk to everything. Hotel is well designed and appointed. Rooms are comfortable and well designed. The receptionist was very accommodating and helpful. Great, comfortable bathroom. Super quiet. Good fitness room (better than most places) open 24hrs. Pleasant modern décor - nice touch are hardwood floors and natural wood paneling on the walls. It all makes it feel cleaner and more contemporary. I was offered a room on the 6th floor (i requested high floor in my booking so very much appreciated) but the room had no view - it had a small balcony but, because of the Mansard good line, one had to stand on it to see she appreciate the sprawling view. The good part is that I asked the front desk person if they had any other options and i was offered a couple other rooms to review to see if I like them better. I opted out for a room on the third floor facing the courtyard. The room had a good size window but wasn't super bright but overall, a better choice.

We had a great time! The hotel is lovely, clean and at a great area. But most importantly - the receptionist Raquel is so kind, and helped ys with everything we needed! Reccomandations for parties, restaurants and places to visit. Definitly reccomened staying there❤️

We stayed for 2 days on last July and find everything very good on that! The room was nice as the breakfast with good quality ingredients. The staff was very polite and helpful. I only find that could be nicier if it could cost less.
