Business in the city of Lisburn/Belfast

Opinión escrita el 24 de enero de 2023

I was on a business trip and stayed at the Haslem Hotel. My stay was one of the best I had while travelling on business. The food was amazing and delicious. I paid my compliments to the chef at the time. The bar service was a 11/10 the waitress that served me was a tall redhead girl with an English accent. Was unsure of her name as no name badge was worn. I’d definitely be back around at Patrick’s day 2023.

Top class stay

Opinión escrita el 13 de enero de 2023

Recently had an overnight stay with my husband and 8month old baby daughter. Top class stay from start to finish, couldn’t fault it! Room very clean and comfy, bathroom lovely. Had travel cot in room for baby as requested. Had 3 course meal at restaurant, every course was delicious, best meal out for a long time. Breakfast equally tasty and gave us some extras eg porridge so we could feed baby. All at very reasonable value.

Beautiful Hotel

Opinión escrita el 5 de enero de 2023

Genuinely nice hotel. Restaurant is impressive. Very relaxed. The best establishment in Lisburn to be fair. Lisburn isn’t up to much, so lucky to have this place. Staff are very nice and food is great. Highly recommend.

31st December Restaurant Visit

Opinión escrita el 1 de enero de 2023

We attended the hotel restaurant for our wedding anniversary with our ten year old. There was a lovely atmosphere and reasonabley priced food options. Staff were lovely, love music was not overpowering and added to the mood of the night. Food was nice - we had fish & chips, steak & childrens burger. All were lovely. We would've loved to stay on after our two hour allocated time slot but apart from that we had a lovely evening. We will return.

Very Poor Experience

Opinión escrita el 22 de decembre de 2022

My wife and I decided to visit Lisburn for some Christmas Shopping and opted to have lunch at the Haslem before starting on the shops. Went in around 12.00 and asked Reception if they were serving food. There was only one other person in the whole Restaurant but on saying we had not pre-booked the waitress let out a very audible sigh and then went to check the bookings. The waitress came back and pointed to the table nearest the entrance and then left. After about 10 minutes both my wife and I, seeing that we were not going to be served, put on our coats and left. I reported the incident to the Manager whosaid he would "deal with it". We then drove to Belfast where we had a lovely lunch at Ten Square. Needless to say it will be a long time before we go shopping in Lisburn again.
