Quite basic apartment was clean. Had a room facing the Main Street. Majority of staff friendly. Had one of the front desk staff (Asian man) come banging on my foot when I opened the door her proceeded to shout quite aggressively at me when I asked what the problem was he continued shouting. I told him not to shout at me. He said my music was too loud but I said if that’s the case then there are ways if speaking and dealing with people there was never any need for that level of aggression. I later found out he banged in everyone’s door that evening. Other staff were quite friendly. Breakfast was pretty basic. Room was clean and I loved the shower. Good central location.
Not great at all.
The positives. Staff for the most part were Lovely. Breakfast was excellent plenty of choice. Room was cleaned daily all be it a bit hit and miss but was very clean when I went in. Negatives. Dinner had the trots twice after that stopped eating dinner. Was charged for water twice even though it was free as part of deal at dinner. No refund given when another staff member pointed out it was free. Decor dated and dangerous for children. See pics. Pool freezing. Sun really blocked out by large buildings surrounding on all sides. Roof terrace was good but the paddling pools full of grit. My room was at the pool side so noise was not an issue. Hotel needs a proper. Revamp. WiFi good. Cafe .. so so. Location easy to get to places from. You will need to. ... When I spoke to other residents they said there balcony were the same. A child's foot could easily get stuck.
Excellent- no complaints! Loved every minute of our trip!
Stayed here for 4 nights- last minute cheap holiday! The location is great- it is in the main strip so can be noisy at night/ early morning but we can sleep through anything! Literally just down the road is the beach. Very clean room, we had a double room that also had a settee in. Fresh clean towels everyday Crisp white bedsheets and maid every day to clean up. Breakfast was lovely - so much choice and fresh. Water was powerful and instantly hot. Also a bath! Staff were friendly. Especially the reception staff who told us all we needed to know about taking a trip to Barcelona for the day. Would definitely go back and stay here again!

Great location, friendly helpful staff. Hotel was clean and tidy and food was good. only downfall with the whole holiday was the transfer from the Airport to the Hotel: Advertised as up to 2 hours, actually took just over 4 hours. Otherwise a lovely holiday.
Terrible
Beds uncomfortable, noise is unbearable and staff do nothing about it. The staff in the restaurant are rude and ignorant especially one by the name of m Jesus, omg she was so rude and looked at you like dirt! All the hotel is interested in is making money. If you want a very noisy hotel with no sleep and a sore back, then this is the hotel for you.
