We had a Queen suite and room was very clean, up to date decor and neatly organized. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Pool looked great, clean and relaxing. Loved it! And location is good. Walking distance to a Cracker Barrel and sports bar/grill. Mall is also across the street. Highly recommend it.
. Great place to take a family.

We visited the railroad museum … great place to take a family. Hotel was clean, staff was great. Very pleasant experience. A lot of dinner options. Some are even within walking distance. Definitely a place we will come back to vi.

This is a great Hampton hotel. It is well managed and the people who work there know how to take care of customers. The facility itself is being kept up to Hilton standards. If you are looking for a fair price for your stay you will find this exceptional.

This is our second stay at this hotel. First time was on the way up to Plattsburgh, NY for a funeral for a fallen brother. We were greeted at the front desk by Brett. He was an absolute gentleman and friendly. He had taken extremely good care of us and our pet, Lucy. We enjoyed his recommendation of the restaurant called “Champs” across the parking lot. As of this writing we have arrived again. When we arrived , Brett was at the desk again . He not only remembered us a week later, but treated us as family. Our trip back home to Tennessee was a much better experience because of this fine gentleman. Brett is a great asset to the corporation. Thank you sir for your kindness and understanding. Comfortable average cat friendly hotel

Very friendly staff and everything seemed very clean. The room was a bit worn looking but beds were comfortable and we were still happy with the stay. Our sink didn’t drain well and the toilet seat was loose but we only stayed one night so I just told the front desk when we were leaving and they seemed to be eager to get it fixed. Not sure why housekeeping wouldn’t mention these things to the front desk but minor annoyances. We traveled with cats and it was no problem getting a room that was pet friendly.
