We chose this hotel because we were looking for a Marriott nearby with a whirlpool tub in the room for a staycation. That is a difficult task and this was the only one around.
The tub was great. It was really nice. The bed was fine. Everything else was bad.
The front desk staff couldn’t care less. The walls are so thin we were woken up literally 10 times overnight by noisy people. Rude people ran up and down the halls at all hours. Housekeeping barged into our room after one quick knock. (As an aside, this is a HUGE pet peeve of mine. They need to get a list of checked-out rooms from the front desk and stop bugging guests who aren’t ready to leave yet.) Breakfast was a mob scene of people standing around waiting for food when everything had run out.
Just lovely rooms and breakfast is great!

Large family, Suite very comfortably slept 6, wonderful. Kids love the big open front room with the breakfast and just to take a game to in the afternoon. Pool is great! Visiting ill family and had to rearrange plans several times. Lisa helped me rearrange my schedule and cancel one and rebook another with zero change fees, unlike Epedia that wanted to charge me the whole trip's worth just to cancel. I need to give Lisa a shout out, she's amazing! You can't tech people that kind of wonderful empathy. She wished my ill grandma well in the kindest way. Meant a lot to me.
They somehow remember my name every time!

Dobie, Michael, and so many more people whose names unfortunately escape me are truly wonderful. They all remember me, I should probably take a moment to remember them. Anyway, this is one of the best values I have gotten in the industry. The rooms are clean, they allow me to check out before pounding on my door at 8am trying to check the room off, the front desk is beyond helpful and polite. I only use them when I am in the area. Seth
Decent hotel for the $

My stay started a little rough. I was able to check in via the Bon Voy App. After arriving at the hotel, I stopped at the desk to get my room keys. I was given room 213. Once I opened the door, I was a little surprised.... the first thing I noticed was dirty towels on the floor. Then I saw the bed was unmade. Then I saw someone’s bag on the chair. Obviously the room was still occupied by someone else !!
Certainly glad I didn’t walk in on them. After trekking back to the front desk, the clerk seem as surprised as I was. Not really apologetic, just surprised. Once I was assigned another room, the rest of my stay was uneventful. My new room was actually clean

Was in town for a conference, decided to not stay at the host hotel. This was a good choice and liked the location. Nice, comfortable, great desk service, economical, had NO major issues, pleased with the breakfast bar!!
