We stayed in this hotel as it was slightly cheaper than hotels nearer to the theatre in Covent Garden. It is over the road from Gunnersbury tube station and a 20 min ride into Embankment. Our room was lovely and modern and the staff were very helpful. If you arrive around lunch time you can usually get a car park space at £18 per day. Definitely would recommend this hotel

Have stopped at this hotel near 10 times in 2021 for work. Three out of the last 4 times I have arrived and they have no trace of the booked despite me having confirmation. This last time despite the company booking via credit card and me having a confirmation number which they recognised they were adamant payment had not been received and made me pay again personally. Not only this I found out next day they had charged me more than originally booked fir and double charged for the parking. If I had to use one word to describe this hotel it would be “Shambles”! Besides that on some occasions I’d have no hot water or TV not working in room on some visits but I accept that. Staff are all very polite. Bar is ok, food menu in bar is limited, expensive food is ok when you get it. Breakfast is ok also from buffet but not avail if you need to leave very early. Still out of pocket god two nights where they double charged and going through pain of getting credit card statements to prove.

Good location. Nicely furnished and very contemporary. Nice job. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was OK but not so well designed with a lot of crowding by the hot food area. Housekeeping needs attention. Missing towels, coffee (paper type which is great) not removed from the room and biscuits not replaced. Parking is OK but pricey at £18 per day. Parking bays are very very tight!

This is a long due review, as we stayed from 5th of September 2021 to 11 of September 2021. We really enjoyed our stay there, and I would like to thank Daniel (Hotel Manager), and Patricia (Front Desk), for their hospitality. Hotel Staff were friendly and accommodating, room cleanliness was spotless ! This is not my first stay there and it's obvious why. Thank you Clayton team, and would see you again soon :)

Asked for early check in by email, staff when we got here simply rude and not interested, (ok, but attitude so poor) paid for an executive room, not given, fobbed off with oh sorry you upgraded afterwards - no I didn’t, I paid at the time, such a shame as great location for what we wanted
