Lovely hotel great location

Reviewed 5 december, 2021

We enjoyed our stay here , the room was nice although no housekeeping, so it doesn’t get cleaned each day . We did know this before we booked and the staff were really pleasant and helpful . Also no breakfast service which we were aware of - but we were given a list of restaurants and pubs near by . There are plenty of places to get breakfast and the hotel is close to Waitrose to pick up snacks etc . Great location for the underground - a stones throw from Gloucester Rd tube . Easy to explore the area on foot too - we walked to Kensington Palace , and the Royal Albert Hall - nice area to walk around and explore . Lots of places to eat . Do try Da Marios the Italian nearby it’s really good !

Outstanding Customer Service

Reviewed 2 december, 2021

The Customer Service at the Ashburn is outstanding. I can't say enough good things about it. The location of the hotel is ideal for exploring this area of London which includes Kensington Palace and gardens, Hyde Park, both the Museum of Natural History and the V &A. Great pubs nearby including the Churchill Arms (wonderful Thai food) and the Scarsdale Tavern.

Great stay

Reviewed 28 november, 2021

Just returned from a three night stay at the Ashburn Hotel. It was our first visit and we couldn’t have been happier with the hotel. It has comfort and style. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed large and comfortable and the staff welcoming and helpful. Circumstances mean there is no room service or breakfast, but there is a variety of places nearby to eat. It was a great find and we hope we get the chance to stay again before too long. Thanks to everyone at the hotel

Exception Hotel Experience

Reviewed 21 october, 2021

The boutique hotel may be classic, and not a corporate clone like the IHG across the street, but the room was huge and the service from receptionist, Sara was simply brilliant. The price, location and amenities are great and was elevated due to the manner in which Sara welcomed me to the property as if I were a treasured friend. Thank you again Sara and Ashburn for helping make my stay in London a positively memorable one.
