We were 12 of us and was welcomed and helped in the best way we could ever hope for. Breakfast was very good. It`s situated in a quiet neighborhood very close to Paddington tube station and a lot of nice restaurants and shops around.
Location Good, Friendly Staff

No Lift, so I had to carry the to to the top floor. Room Ok, Could be a Tad Bigger, Noticed that the stair carpets are warn and need of replacement. Breakfast was a bit dissappointing and a cooked breakfast was an addtional cost, to which I declined. Would be better if more choice of cerials, some of the people serving did not understand what Marmalade was.
Worst place I have ever stayed!!

Terrible smell from the bathroom. Awoke to find Cockroaches in the bathroom and hall way!! Needless to say, that ruined the stay for us. Curtains don’t cover the windows properly and beds uncomfortable. Many fixtures in the room broken. We didn’t feel comfortable or relaxed during the stay.
Decent but get a lift!!

This hotel was okay for the price I paid. Reception is in a different building to the actual rooms so a bit of going back & forth was needed. Room is tiny with literally just the beds & the separate toilet/shower that I booked also a fridge & a TV. I traveled by myself with two young children & 2 heavy full suitcases as we were on our way home from a week in Disneyland. The fact that there is no lift - OMG I almost threw up carrying the suitcases up to the third floor. I had to leave my children inside the room with one suitcase while I ran back down to the other one on the bottom floor. No one around to offer to help. I wish I had known this before booking as I would have booked somewhere else. Okay but wouldn’t stay here again.
Worst experience ever

This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Poor rooms with no hot water and bad beds. We had a fridge that wasn’t working, we told the reception at least twice but they never fixed it or even looked at it. Poor hotel with poor service. I’d never recommend this to anyone.
