Doesn't live up to the room cost

Lovely hotel , great setting on the Thames and quick link to O2 for concerts and after event drinks. However, they charge a huge premium for this hotel that the current service doesn't meet - they say they only reopened in September but they really should be up to speed by now . Few examples - checking in at 3.30. huge slow queue, no use of online check in or couldn't check in in Club lounge as advertised - Sky bar not open , apparently due to staff shortages - post show bar rammed as the only one open - Club lounge is good, but lacks any atmosphere as mainly dining tables, view of car park and sofa area was closed. Still a good range of food and drinks )alcohol between 5 and 7) and no queue for breakfast makes it just about worthwhile. Appeared to be lots of others equally underwhelmed, guests, really need to start living up to the price they are charging - they clearly trade on location at O2 rather than service..

Rooms are not clean - Beware

Stayed 3rd December 2021. Queued for 20 mins to check in. Broken Glass on bathroom floor. Used juice in mini bar. Room was NOT clean. Car park and outside full of rubbish. Hotel attitude stinks. Offered a 15% refund. DO NOT USE !

Fantastic stay at this wonderful hotel, second time back and it didn’t disappoint! Everything you need in the room, fantastic breakfast and lovely bar area. Staff are very welcoming and actually look like they want to be there. My only criticism is that the bar only served doubles and over £18 for a G & T

Fantastic Hotel!

First visit to this hotel as a friend and I were attending a concert at the O2 so we thought it would be super convenient to stay here as the hotel was connected to the O2. I booked the room on Booking.com and had no issues. On arrival, we had to queue to check in but this was not a long wait. Reception staff were very pleasant. A couple of days before I received an e-mail offering an upgrade for a very small charge which I accepted subject to availability. I am so glad I did this as we had a fantastic view of Canary Wharf and the room was spotless! So clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and I slept really well for a hotel bed. The breakfast was very good too. We only stayed one night but I wish it was for longer. Really impressed with the hotel. I will definitely stay again.

Service non existing and worst view I have ever had

Waited 50mins to check in which should have been an indication enough how this stay was going to be. The room we had should not have been a room at all as the only view was of air vents and made the room really dark as little light was let in. Some of the lights didn’t work. We are in the restaurant burger was served really bloody and in the 2hrs we was there we was served one drink each, the wait for the second was so long in the end we just cancelled it. In the morning the Eggs Benedict was served on a raw muffin and the hollandaise sauce was split and served cold so the whole breakfast was cold, really dissapointing stay.
