Room had bugs and a spider web near the pillow. DO NOT BOOK. AVOID. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

DO NOT BOOK! Horrible customer service and the room was DISGUSTING, had bugs in the pillows, and a spider web just where you place your head to sleep. It was a last minute booking, and clearly they did not bothered to check the status of the room. We checked out on the same night... just two hours after, got promised a refund from the receptionist and still waiting. They ignore your calls and your emails, AVOID...if you have problems, they are not bothered to help you. They will question you and not give you a refund unless you have photo proof... HONESTLY DIRTY ROOM AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not even a sorry or apology... Taking the complaint to the ombudsman.
Very pleasant and comfortable stay!

This hotel is very well situated, nice rooms and very good breakfast. I'm sorry for this delayed review after 9 months. Many thanks to the receptionists Tatiana and Svetlana, who made us feel eery welcome!I stayed in room 401, which was a very nice and spacious room. Unfortunately it was a bit noisy during the night, but it was acceptable. Very good and varied breakfast and friendly breakfast staff. I hope you can remember me. Im looking forward to welcoming you one day in Switzerland! Warm greetings from Switzerland:) Carmelo
Amazing value for money

This hotel offers great value for money given it’s location. With a recent renovation within the rooms I would defiantly consider this to be an excellent stay. This hotel was incredibly clean and tidy, modern and held a fresh feel. No marks, stains or anything of that nature. Exactly was I was looking for. A double room booked for my fiend and I on a weekend break in Hyde park. The park it’s self is within spitting distance as well as two tube stations, pubs, local supermarkets, bowling and a ice rink. The bed was brilliant, I hadn’t slept like that in a long time. The space management was well thought of, the spade underneath the bed for my suitcase made it more enjoyable. Check in was fast and someone on reception 24/7. Please bear in mind you must put a £50 deposit down which will be refunded with 28 days (visa), cash I believe is given pack instantly. The room was quite tight but that was known as I booked the smaller double. Still enough room for me and my girl to sort ourselves out for a night out. Smart tv, free WiFi, kettle with a variety of tea, nice comfortable mattress and a bathroom so clean you could eat off it. There was an iron and board however quite low quality. I would like to see full sized iron board as a possible improvement. I personally would not mind paying an extra few quid to cover the cost of future enhancements. No one likes creased clothes. Noise was minimal, only in the morning could I hear people talking as waking past the door. I would suggest the hotel investing is some acoustic shielding / strips across the doors to dampen the sound. This is room for improvement not a criticism, it wasn’t a problem. Couple of windows for some fresh air should you need it. All in all, for the money I was over the moon to have had a wonderful stay. Thank you to the management team who assisted in our stay.
Ok if space isn't on the agenda.

Needed a family room, just for one night. Not a lot to complain about to be honest. The room (indeed the hotel generally) was spotless and had just about enough room for 4, with 2 singles and a double bed squeezed in. The toilet /shower area was what I would call functional but was a bit on the tight side. Certainly slept well - nearly over slept for breakfast, served downstairs in the basement area, which was fine as hotel breakfast's come. The Wifi seemed to work fine too. Want something to eat or just buy provisions, just step outside. Shops, restaurants a plenty. Location wise for the tube or London generally etc, you really cannot go wrong.
Love staying here. Lovely hotel

I have just left after my 4th stay this year. It's always my favourite place to stay. Rooms are spotlessly clean and the staff are lovely. The rooms are smaller than most, however if your only going for a night or two it's fine. Location is excellent with some lovely places to eat nearby and plenty of shops. I don't eat breakfast so I can't comment on that but above all it's a fantastic place to say.
