I tell it how it is! This is a great hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. They have a Breakfast. It was really, really, good. Great variety. If you order in advance, it's cheaper than ordering on the day of. The staff is great. I met two, that helped me. May was very helpful to me. I had a small problem, and she helped me immediately. Joanna checked me in and out. She was so helpful. She gave great recommendations, and answered all of my questions. There is a great Italian restaurant around the corner that she recommended. Super delicious! The hotel is a great place, in a great location. I definitely recommend.

We stayed for 2 nights 18-19 November whilst attending the Royal Variety Performance at the Royal Albert Hall. The only good point was the close proximity. Otherwise service was terrible Eg. Safe didn’t work in our room. Eventually fixed! No shower wash in the dispenser. But much worse, after our first night and despite being out all day and twice requesting room service, our room had not being made. AVOID, AVOID!
Good hotel in good area

My wife and I booked the Queen's Gate for our Ruby wedding anniversary weekend in London. It is a very comfortable hotel in an upmarket area of London. Our room was on the small side but adequate for our needs. Upon entering our room we found that the staff had kindly left us some Bucks Fizz, an assortment of small cakes and a lovely happy anniversary message. It was a lovely touch and we are grateful for the effort made. The breakfast was very good and provided everything we could want. The chef even provided some fried bread upon request to top off a really good full English. The hotel area feels a very safe one to be in at all times of the day and evening. The nearest tube station was about a ten minute walk away. We also visited Kensingtom Palace which was only a short walk from the hotel. Da Pario's restaurant serves excellent Italian food and again is only a short walk from the hotel. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel

Leila & Joanna were excellent from arrival to departure. Best service we have had for a long time. Room was on the small side, in 15 minutes we had a bigger room. No request was to small. Would highly recommend

My family and I needed a hotel in this neighbourhood for one night due to a family emergency. Very happy that we ended up at The Queen’s Gate Hotel. Newly renovated family room, very stylish and welcoming took some of the stress off from us. They even prepared a packed breakfast for my son who was leaving early in the morning. Highly recommended 😍
