Llegamos el miercoles al mediodia y porque nos encontramos a la limpiadora porque si no nos quedamos en la calle.. nadie nos recibió y tampoco ningún numero de telefono... no teniamos ni llaves ni sabiamos que apartamento era el nuestro... el apartamento es genial y la zona también pero el servicio es pésimo.. hoy domingo tenemos el vuelo a las 20.15 y son las 11:00 y ya nos han sacado a la calle y no tienen un sitio para dejar las maletas... osea que un poco decepcionadas con ese tema.

Apartamento perfectamente amueblado, cocina completísima, no le falta detalle, muy bien comunicado, con supermercado en la esquina... Perfecta organización y eso q llegamos por la noche... Estrenamos todo nosotros... Muy recomendable

Pros Great location Cleanliness Cons Noisy flat, you can hear every step of your upstair neighbor, speaking loudly on the phone and common areas doors shutting... Avoid if you dislike noisy environments

Booked to stay for 2 nights in a 2 bedroom for son moving into halls for his 4th year. Good price but then realised had to also pay £500 deposit, stayed in many apartments and have never had to do that before. Next was a download of my passport again not something I’d been asked for anywhere else but thought I was dealing with a reputable company so it’s fine. 17hrs before leaving email received to say flat is flooded and they’ve moved us to a one bedroom. No mention of reduced price simply that they’ll offer an extra (no mention of what) if we accept downgrade. No longer think it’s reputable!

The apartment was well kept inside but it wasn’t very well cleaned. The builder entrance and halls gave it a horrible first impression as it was dirty and hall rugs extremely dirty. The apartment had two bedrooms with beds smaller than full size in USA. If your partner is heavy then good luck. There is a sofa bed with a matter a little larger than twin so fitting two people would be tough unless they are kids or skinny people. The location was great having Train station a few feet away. The area is also full of great restaurants. There are a few small Supermarkets nearly. There is a tiny washing machine that also dries but it takes almost 4 hours to do a tiny load. Luckily around the corner there is a coin laundromat. The most important negative was that there is only one bathroom. Out tub would get clogged and the water would take long to drain. We didn’t want to call because we didn’t want anyone to enter while we were out. Ww basically were there only to sleep. If you are going to explore the city and are a party of no more than 5 or 6 then the apartment will do just fine.
