Great Value and Perfect Location

I stayed in Apartment 13 (one bedroom) for a few nights in August 2019. What a great apartment! It was clean, modern bathroom, basic kitchen facilities - everything you needed for a short stay! There was even a laundry available to use on the ground floor.
The check in and out process was so easy. You get a message the day before with a door code and then your keys are waiting for you in a letter box inside the building, you just drop your keys back here when you leave. There are several deadlocks to the apartment door making the apartment very secure.
Yes there is no lift and depending on which floor your apartment is on you may have to walk up a few flights of stairs - but it is the same for all apartments in this area. If you are wanting a lift you either need to choose another location or increase your budget and stay in one of the hotels in the area. I had no issues carrying my suitcase up the stairs.
The location was fantastic for exploring London. It was walking distance to Regents Park, Paddington and Marble Arch. Edgeware Rd station was a five minute walk.
Paddington Station a ten minute walk which was perfect for jumping on the Heathrow Express to get to the airport. Plenty of restaurants, bars and supermarkets within walking distance.
I was more than happy with my stay here. I think the apartments are reasonably priced for the standard and location. I would not hesitate in recommending these apartments and would definitely stay here again on my next visit to London.
Lovely room but an uncomfortable sleep!!

Stayed in the basement flat (room 2) for one night! Property was in a good location, lovely and clean, very accessible with easy entry instructions and had pretty much everything we needed! Biggest negative was the bed! Extremely hard like there wasn't even a mattress and every time you moved it creaked the surrounding frame which kept both me and my partner awake! As much as I liked everything else, I would not book here again because of the poor night's sleep and I can see other guests have the same complaint. A simple, more comfortable bed change to this apartment would make a visit much more enjoyable!
Nice apartment,terrible bed

Stayed for five days in August.
The apartment was really nice, but the bed was absolutely horrible, rock hard. I didn’t get one full night of sleep, and ended up booking a room at a different hotel the last night just to get some sleep. You only get one set of towels, and with nowhere to dry them we had damp towels every day.
The area around the hotel was nice with just a short walk to Edgward station, and with an Oyster card you’re good to go.
Won’t be coming back to this hotel.
perfect for a weekend trip

we stayed here for 3 nights and it was ideal. Nice modern room and bathroom. All clean and nice. Had all amenities, was warm and bed very comfortable. Never heard water or toilet from any other room. Street noise not a problem as could keep window closed. check-in and out instructions were delivered as promised. Location is great. Walked to Oxford st and enough shops and restaurants close by for food. It was a great experience for us.

We stayed for 4 nights, choosing an apartment instead of a hotel to give us a bit more flexibility.
The arrival instructions were clear, and location great. It was a 5 minute walk from Edgeware Road stations (Bakerloo, Circle and District lines). There is a Sainsbury Local, Marks and Spencer foodhall, Tesco express and Co-op all within 5 minutes walk also.
We were on the 1st floor, with a separate living area to the bedroom.
The bedroom was tiny, but adequate for our stay. There was a balcony off the bedroom, however in November it was way too cold to venture out! The living space small, but equipped with sofa, table and chairs and a reasonable kitchenette. There is a ceramic hob, combination oven/grill/microwave, fridge and kettle along with basic cooking utensils. The bathroom was clean and reasonably spacious.
Overall a small apartment, but this is London, so it is to be expected.
We did have a problem with the bed on the first night (essentially it was falling apart!). We contacted the company in the morning, and a maintenance guy was sent out by 11am to fix the bed. Can’t fault that service!
All in all would use again if in London.
